We (5) stayed one night at Baan Khun Nine. The hotel is average. I got a free upgrade to the room on the eighth floor. The doors at the first room on the second floor was open before I got in. I asked for another room because the flies may be in the room. The rooms on the second and third floors are old. The rooms on the higher floors are good. There are pools near the hotels. The price was low.

My family and I arrived at 7.00 pm. The receptionist, Ms Nut was not happy to see us. I smiled at her and she did not bother to greet us in a nice way at all. Our room has a kettle which is rusty and actually burn our hands when we pour the water out. My husband did not want to make a fuss as we know the Ms Nut will not bother to help us., so we lived with the rusty kettle for 5 days. The tap in our bathroom was stained with water marks, which we also lived with for the next 5 days. The bathroom glass door was loose at the top and if pushed harder,it might just fall off. We lived with it for 5 days. The next day, I was in pain with mouth ulcers and went to unfortunately, Ms Nut for help. She looked very sleepy, she just started her night shift, (It was only 11 pm) and just shook her head and screamed , ""No, No, No", I was asking for some salt, it was on the tables in the restaurant, but out of politeness, did not take it ourselves. She could have just taken a salt shaker and pour out some for me. I was so angry and in pain that I cannot forgive her for her ignorance and rudeness. The next day, our room wi-fi went off , I called her on the phone and she said to wait for an hour. After an hour, we asked her downstairs, she again showed us her ugly, rude side and said wait again , when we asked how long, she turned her face away and ignored us. Then when I asked to see the manager, she said we have no manager, she will call the wi-fi person to help. Then ,she continued ignoring us. My husband was so angry he walked away. Do check out other hotels in this area,(plenty of them) and make a better choice. Although the view was quite nice from our room, it does not make up for the other problems.

What a gem of a hotel! The location is perfect! The rooms are great! The breakfast was simply amazing! They allowed you to use the hotel next doors pool which is bigger. We will definitely stay here again!

Had a pleasant stay. nice friendly staff in a quiet area near the beach. Rooms are large and clean. perhaps a little old but but well presented good shower. Friendly cleaner took good care of our room. Small pool and sun terrace didn't use. And breakfast was adequate in all a good stay. Would recommend.
