This hotel sells itself as a four star hotel, however this is definitely not what you get. The hotel has great potential, especially considering its location and the number of staff around, however it completely falls short. Pros - Location is amazing, it is right in the heart

From the start this hotel failed to meet expectations. The transfer, booked, didn't turn up. We waited 40 minutes then got a taxi. The hotel has potential, it has large (all be it dark rooms), and is well placed. The rooms weren't clean, the crockery and glasses had lipstick

The positives far outweigh the negatives at this lovely hotel. But I do have reservations about it and a warning as well. Please read to the end. First of all, the place is beautiful. Public and private areas are classic Chiang Mai with lovely wooden touches and wonderful art

This is in a great location for exploring old Chiang Mai on foot. Rooms were large and comfortable, staff great, breakfast a bit light on western offerings but when in Rome etc. Lots of eating options close by, I will happily stay here on my next trip to Chaing Mai.

We booked a luxury King and were quite happy. The bed was great, had a desk and chair, wardrobe, couch, chest of drawers, nightstands, coffee table in the main room with plenty of room to spare. The bathroom was also spacious with a big jacuzzi tub and separate shower. It was plenty of room for us to relax and regroup before our next outing. I did not see a junior suite but we had plenty of room in where we were in the luxury king.

Hi, can anyone tell me if Sirilanna has ground floor rooms? Thanks
Yes they do. As others have said they are right next to the pool. They also have 1-2 steps to get up onto the lanai, in case you are looking for first floor for accessibility. At least in our room, there was also a step down from the bedroom into the bathroom
