On time at the airport and staff very helpful considering my mobility issues. Room very clean clean and reception followed up my test results promptly. I give 5 star review because of the staff and service although for room comfort and food you get what you pay for.
Reception staffs are nice. The room is big but not properly clean ( dusty floor) This hotel has amenities problem. No slipper, no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no handtowel, no hairdryer, no ear cotton buds, no quarantine facility some hotels give (detergent, iron, etc) in room. We needed to request when we need, and they charged 20 Baht for ear cotton buds. The kitchen stuff is so mean. They changed the menu as their will and were not informed. Sometimes, some items were missing. Most importantly, they spoke with no manner.
Stayed here for my 14 day mandatory quarantine. Anya's great service starts at the airport, where their representative will meet you and guide you going to their shuttle. Drive from the airport to the hotel was really smooth and relax. Menu for the week is given and guest will have the option to decide of what they would like to have. Food is always delivered on time and served hot. Receptionist and Nurses are really friendly and helpful. Room is clean and quite big. My only concern is not having at least a small window to be opened to let some fresh air in but air conditioner works well.
I had a tremendous stay at the Anya Hotel during my 14 day Quarantine! The room was large and spacious as well as having great air conditioning and a comfortable Bed! The food was tremendous and they provided me with 3 great meals that were delivered directly to my door! I recommend anyone to stay here and would love to come back. A bonus is a lovely back porch the connects to a pool area that is great for relaxing and taking it easy! Highly recommended!
I was here during quarantine so I cannot say much about the location, but I like being near the canal watching the water taxi's ride by. I didn't notice a bad smell like the other person said. Yada and Jibby, the bell hop and the nurses were all very friendly and helpful and made me feel at home. Room is very clean and decorated nicely. My only complaint would be the food, but it actually got better the second week :).
This hotel is placed in a good location to enjoy central of Bangkok. Many good Arabic foods around, not too far to reach skytrain. Room is fine, nice and clean. Staff is quite friendly, with good service.
Great and convenient hotel When we arrived at the airport, we think that's, how we can go to the hotel. We called taxi from the airport to hotel spend almost 40 minutes. Finally we arrived at the hotel at night. The hotel was located in sukhumvit place almost center of the Sukhumvit, we are arrived at night they have staff standby 24 hrs. Room very clean. Overall was good. Valuable for your money.
Legit one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Definitely the worst I have stayed in Thailand. Many reasons why; Pool area gets zero sunlight and is also right next to the canal that constantly smells disgusting. Our room lost electric late at night, we were moved to a different room, which was 2 separate beds not the double we were in before. After more commotion we were moved to a double room which had no window. Very small, stuffy and boxy rooms. Tried to arrange for a refund but was told that it wont happen, I had paid for 22 nights so was only requesting money for the remaining nights, not previous. I was happy to leave and not come back. DO NOT DO YOUR LAUNDRY HERE. I was stung 3900 baht for cleaning my clothes 3 or 4 times, no more than 10 items, only tshirts shorts and underwear, and they charge me just shy of £100 for cleaning. Never in my life have I seen any laundry service cost that much. Ridiculous. I have stayed in a lot higher end hotels that offer laundry for around 150-250 baht for the same amount of clothes I gave. Unfortunately I never checked the price after the first time.…
Location is great for stays in Sukhumvit 3 close to Arabic street for food and shopping very easy. The breakfast was good, The room a little bit small, mainly the bathroom. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Hotel was pretty good, clean and comfortable. It was near to halal food restaurants, Mosque and market. Only issue is that washroom slippers/shoes were not available in the room, which caused a little bit inconvenience.
