Luxuary stay as it’s name .. our connecting room with private section door is superb and private. Teen kids love their 3 beds provided and plenty space room. Dressing section and bathtub with separate shower is great and convenient for family. Definitely will come back again.

Excellent facility Variety of choices at breakfast including halal food. Special thanks to Mr. Robert for his guidance regarding halal meat at this hotel. Very helpful staff at the reception/concierge and today I want to recognize Mr. Chokchai who was very helpful in advising me about tourism opportunities and how to reach to my destination.

Located in the very heart of Bangkok, this hotel is definitely the choice if you want to enjoy the best luxury at an affordable price. The swimming pool makes you feel as if you are in a luxury resort. The only downside is that taxi drivers often have a hard time finding the entrance to the hotel, so I recommend walking to the Westin Hotel across the street to get on. I got a room upgrade with a Marriott Suite upgrade ticket and the room was large and satisfactory. The breakfast is also top-notch, and it was the only hotel that served mango as a dessert at the time.

I really am not the kind of suck up sweet review writing guy, but having travelled the world i know when i see service! What a great hotel, i love the classic 5 star feeling! All the staff is amazing and friendly. Mr. Veera from the concierge service, made me feel so at home, he arranged transports, pick up tickets, boat trips etc etc. He is on top of his game! Great breakfast, and a very cosy adventurous pool area considering it is in the middle of the city!

Dine in the Dark. After 2 years finally made it to dine in the dark and it was well worth the wait. Our host Khun Mhee expertly took us through the experience which was like no other we have had before. Definitely worth the wait, definitely will be back again.

We enjoyed a weekend in the GOVENOR SUITE. Room, service, amenities and view: all were superb and calls for another visit one day. This hotel really deserves its "LUXURY COLLECTION" status. Everything was excellent. Certainly belongs to the very top elite in Bangkok.

I would like to say a special thank you to Neng from the front desk. I had lost my phone in a Grab taxi and She was able to contact grab despite several difficult attempts. She also received the phone from the grab driver on my behalf. Anyone knows loosing the phone can be a very traumatising experience. This hotel on the hotel hand is modern, luxurious but i must say its a bit dated. The hotel's service and benefits makes it so popular. However, the design is too traditional for my liking The only complain is that the hotel is expensive due to the popularity driving their rates high, but who could fault them i am sure they have many loyal and corporate customers.

Staying here was one of the most remarkable memory in Bangkok. Clean room, kind staffs and delicious breakfast. Especially, Mr. kritsanupoom, offered memorable service. i really appreciate his kindness. i had been looking for this drink the whole day, and back at hotel, he not only made the drink but also even taught me how i can make it. Also, the japanese staff at the reception was so nice. I would love to visit this hotel again.

Amazing hotel. Amazing service. Amazing facilities. Great value for money. We stay 13 nights, family of 6. The rooms are clean and well arranged, we got two rooms contacted with main door. The service from the hotel team, all of them from the bell boys, to the reception and the waitresses in all off the restaurants. All are going above and beyond to help. The pool is amazing, not the regular rectangular shape, but jungle atmosphere with so many trees and private corners. We enjoy especially the breakfast at Rossini which was one of the best hotel breakfast we ever had. We will definitely come back each bangkok visit.
