Very good service have been demonstrated by the lobby staff during my stay and especially from K. Geng and K. Peeranan . Well done! Actually the staff are very friendly and the location is perfect, but the rooms are old need renovation it is not worth 12,000 baht. I expected more for the price I payed. The room is very small and it has a smell also. The furniture need refurbishment even the toilet looks very old. The breakfast is not 5 star standard hotel.

Coming there with 4 kids, one person behind the check in counter and 4/5 different families/couples in-front of us! It was really not expected and this wasn’t a good start. We had 2 room. From there the service was good, the rooms was ok and the breakfast was messy, needs a renovation. The pool area was great and so was the service there.

Spa is located at Siam Kempinski Hotel, just right at the back of Siam Paragon. The location is very convenient with lots of car park. Friendly and helpful staff. The treatment I got today was 90 mins massage with K Deang, I really love the treatment and will came back to try other treatment next time.

The spa is on the 7th floor of a hotel. The ambience is very relaxing and aromatic. We are warmly welcomed by the staff, and she is very willing to explain all spa menu. The massage experience was amazingly relaxed and the 90 mins gone by very fast. We hope to visit again The facility is amazing, and there are many beautifully spot in a hotel to check out.
