Radisson Blu Kathmandu continues to offer a exceptionally high level of service and comfort. Especially in the COVID times, I saw that all the staff were following the protocols and this was very reassuring. Me and my husband went there in occasion of our anniversary .we have booked buffet dinner. We had great time there .There is variety of nepali dish . I am happy about what I pay and I have good memory about that dinner .I have been to many places after that but the food for nepali that time was really nice .They are very much careful about the taste and they totally deserve the 5 star rating . I guess I was there on 2019 and I don't write the review like the foreign but it totally deserve to give the 5 star after I compare with other star hotel .Very smart waitre and best hospitality,I am eager to go again for the same hygenic food and they have maintain best standard in buffet dinner.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Awful place Had an very frustrating and irritating experience at the restaurent. I went to the restarent named something cafe in the evening at 6 beside the lobby and the waiter was too rude there. Even the supervisor was racist . I was assaulted with the term dhoti when i tried to approach him for quality service. I heard this and was very disappointed with this 5 start property. There were many waiters but none of them noticed me and gave their quality time to serve me better .Worst experience. One of the staff even told me he was not the staff. Why are you keeping those type of staffs in the front dining area terrible! i hope you will make sure to elevate your service and recruit your staffs properly. Disrespectful staffs Hygiene awful cleaniness was also terrible at the restaurent just a very unpleasant stay. also My good experiences were 1 friendly room service staff 2 nice rooms 3 food was good please not about my reviews thank you

The first impression in main gate before check in was horrible the gate security is rude. I like to travel Kathmandu in bike he was under estimating me cause I am in bike can’t afford 5star hotel. I am in soltee crown plaza last year also in bike for I had a wonderful experience there but in radison I haven’t and also I was not offer welcome drink in hotel

From check in to check out ,the facilities were excellent.Breakfast buffet was delicious and full of varieties.. Everything we enjoyed ,the only thing I miss in the hotel is the kids play area like billiards room,etc... otherwise just awesome...will definitely recommend this to others.

I participated in training organized in the hotel. I lost ring in my room and even though I told the staffs I couldn't find it. This ruined my experience. I had put the ring in the side table of the bed while sleeping. But next day in the afternoon I couldn't find it and I found out that the room was cleaned. So the ring either got into the dust bin or someone took it.

Dear Manoj, Thank you for sharing your concern following your recent stay at Radisson Hotel Kathmandu. We are profoundly sorry for your loss of a Silver ring on 23rd May 2022 during your stay with us. Our findings of the investigation show that our Security team along with our Housekeeping attendants had inspected your room in detail including the trash bin after you lodged a complaint and in your presence, nothing of its nature was found. Please note that this is a very uncommon occurrence and we make sure each staff is thoroughly searched while they are entering and exiting from the Hotel as a usual practice. However, greater care and attention will be applied on that area to avoid a reoccurrence of a similar situation. The hotel is great. The downfall that i experienced this time is the set up of breakfast buffet. The management i think must keep the area hygienic with or without covid. I saw plenty of guest standing next to the food corner having their food in the same area using their hands and take more food holding the serving spoon with the same hands. I think hotel staff must notify the guest to have their food in the table as a courtesy to the other guest. The hotel must also be proactive in cleaning up the excess food and sauce that is all around the serving area.
