1. Room was not good, air conditioner didn't worked. 2. Poor services. 3. People are not friendly. 4. Cost was high but got nothing with what i paid except the bed. 5.No parking in the hotel, had to pay few more hundreds extra for parking. 6. No respect at all.
First time in Kathmandu. Here for the purpose of trekking EBC. Hotel offered to arrange airport transfer, hotel staff member met me with name board, straight to taxi, straight to hotel, no problems. Met by hotel owner, offered a room change at very reasonable rates and got a double room with own bath room. Check in was easy and hassle free. I'd originally booked for 10 nights quarantine but that was no longer required when I arrived but hotel owner was happy to accommodate me before and after my trek up to the 10 nights. I was also able to leave my personal belongings not required for trekking safely at the hotel. This hotel is in an excellent location for shops, restaurants, bars, ATM's etc. Overall very happy with the whole experience.
It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel, the staff are very friendly and curteous. The Hotel also provides organized tours which will be designed individually, dependend on the time and money you have, I really enjoyed my trip to Punhil and Chitwan. I felt like they treated me more as a friend, not really a costumer which I really liked. The rooms are nice and got everything you need, also good water quality (drinking water) and a nice hot shower. You can even smoke in the hotel or stay at the rooftop if you like to have a peaceful time. The price is very fair I think, and the restaurant that belongs to the hotel provides a wide range of food which tastes really good (I really recommend taking fish and chips)
I spend 2 nights in this hotel, excellent location in the heart of Thamel close to Durbar Square, old property but clean and maintained. Mattress are very old and uncomfortable. Nice Restaurant. Staff needs to be more proactive, cooperative and professional, on the first night I did`t slept as on the terrace people were partying and shouting till 4 AM. Complimentary water bottle on the first day only, for the second day they charged 50 NPR for it.
I just visited nepal with my friends and we stay here.this is a quite big hotel inside thamel its at perfect location all places are nearby.clean room good rooftop restaurant at top with view of kathmandu valley, friendly staff and the owner ram giri is helpful guy,he help us to organize our city tour.they provide simple but good breakfast at morning.
Excellent hotel compared to the price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Perfect location in Thamel with a rooftop to chill out at night. Not to mention the good food and the available hot water any time.
I spent 4 nights in a dormitory room. I enjoyed my stay here. The place is clean and very well located in Thamel. The staff is very friendly. They can keep your suit case between gaps (ex. Trekking, visiting other cities).
Really good place in the heart of Thamel. I stayed here three nights and they were very helpful and flexible with me not knowing for sure how many days I would stay. It is also possible to leave laundry! I do recommend the place.
We stayed one night here.. The room is not even closer to what pics are shared on internet. Rooms are very gloomy and matchbox like. lot of noise from road they just try to fit in 3 beds into a 1.5 bed room. To top that, power went off at 8 pm and no chance of coming back. I guess it had 12 inches TV ! We checked out and spent night at a nearby hotel in emergency.
The manager had a ‘great’ deal for me and wanted 30$ for this room. It was late and I felt like I had no choice since it was my first night in KTM and had no idea of the prices. The matress was humid, the shower cold. No emergency lights when powercuts occur. In the morning we paid half the price. It was worth 7$
