Bad customer service especially a gentleman called NORMAN who is at the reception evening time. The Hotel is not clean it's not worth the money. Norman was rude unprofessional and disrespectful. Avoid.

What you would expect from a good hotel. Awesome helpful friendly staff. They always willing to assist you. They will go out ther way to accomodate your needs. If its a BBQ you want to have. Speak to the Manager Calvin. He will arrange it for you. Stayeasy only serves breakfast. Theres fast food across at the mall and the Zoran Cafe restuarant for a variety of tasty meals. Other malls also nearby also host a vaiety of South African Franchise restuarants. The location of the Hotel in central. Don't forget to make a trip to Livingstone!

Guess I can't expect much more than this for the price paid. Yes, centrally located and right at a Mall is about the only "Pro" this hotel gets from me I'm afraid. WiFi is shocking in the rooms and only available in foyers, reception and restaurant area. I've been moved from the 5th to 4th and now onto the 3rd floor. Disconnects happen all the time and having to move around to be able to connect. Bar section has limited to no local beers. Breakfasts are bland and variety runs out in no time. Constantly having to ask for new/clean cups and utensils. Restaurant is really needed here!

Mrs Agness Banda is the definition of great customer service. We have stayed at Stay Easy each year since 2017 and she is the reason we keep going back whenever we are in Zambia, she is very kind, helful and goes the extra mile in makinf our stay comfortable!!!

Went during corona virus pandemic; necessary travel for employment permit. Breakfast in rooms, rather than in the dining area. I had to guess at what food was available that I could ask for, maybe a menu would be nice, but otherwise an enjoyable stay.

What a great hotel and very clean environment. Very fresh and modern. I enjoyed my stay Kudos to the helpful and always cheerful staff. I was wowed by the shuttle service felt like a king😂. The host Masase was the best. Thank you for an amazing experience😍

No one to check in on my arrival. Not value for money and too expensive, especially for a 2 star rated hotel. Reservation request not taken seriously. WiFi was good though and 24hr power available. Thnx

We are sorry that the receptionist had stepped behind in back-off and had to be called by the security personnel at the time you were checking in. I am equally sad to learn we could not pay attention to detail and ended up giving you a Double room when you requested for a Twin room. We have noticed that you are a farmer and a farmer's rate was given to you eventually. We are willing to offer you this rate for this whole year.
