During my stay from Oct25 to Nov 05 2021, Mme Kumba( Housemaid) not only kept my room ( 419) very clean but also reacted quickly when my card was not able to open the door simply because the battery was weak. She presented a nice excuse and advised me to sit somewhere by the reception as she called a technician to resolve the problem on the 30th of Oct 2021. Without delay the problem was solved. Mr Kessambo's admiration for his work was manifested as he receives his clients at the front desk. He keeps on all along smiling which was nice to see in fact as a receptionist. Thanks. Frederic
Excelent hotel for business , family and relax. Great food, the breakfast buffey was fantastic, rooms were great, big clean swimmingpool, location is very good, lots of space everywhere and reception was perfect.
Didn’t like the hospitality I got when my daughter was cut on her foot due to broken and poor maintenance of the white board/plastic vent by the pool. We had one tower each in our rooms of two occupants.
A satisfactory experience though there were some concerns as reported to Management. For instance we did not know that refrigerator in the room was not in working order till the next day when we noticed the odor in the room, got our food out and noticed it has gone bad. Management collected food, replaced the refrigerator with another one that did not work quite well either.I believe we should have been reimbursed for food that went bad. We had to order and pay for food at the hotel.
