Very comfortable beds, great views, a lovely breakfast served in peaceful solitude by the pool, and a resident family of hyrax (klipdassie) - when we were there, 6 cubs and two big fat healthy adults. A blissful place to stay in Windhoek, walking distance from several nice lunch/dinner places (Plant'd, Lemon Tree, Joe's Beerhouse, Roof of Africa, Urban Camp)

Nice big, clean room, tasty breakfast, lovely terrace with a view. Very flexible and helpful staff (I might have been a sightly disorderly guest...) First night I arrived alone, and manager actually walked me (!) to the nearest restaurant in the evening, for me to get some food and not get lost. Felt very taken care of. :) Wishing them all the best in these times, and hoping tourism returns to Namibia a.s.a.p

Very friendly and helpful staff; Tim ( I think his name was) was kind to let me use his phone several times, when I had problems getting Itouch with a tour company, a woman (I never got her name) arranged for Jerome to come and talk with me with regards to arrange my trip, very friendly Anja (?) was very nice and chatty when I first arrived. Also staff was very accommodating and replaced my breakfast when they realised I don't eat dairy. Overall very nice 😊
