The hotel is well appointed, clean and the rooms are comfortable. It has everything needed to make a business (and probably leisure) stay comfortable. The price is also very competitive given other establishments in the area.

This is the blandest hotel I have ever stayed in. Could be anywhere in the world, or nowhere. Location is just a little too far out. Plenty of hotels in town - two o tried to book in same price range were full. This place is empty. At breakfast and dinner there is just one waiter. So if a problem emerges that he has to deal with - as happened just now - you may be the only person in the restaurant but you will have to wait an age for him.to sort put some other customers bill from earlier in the day. Seems to be a choice by the hotel to keep staff at a minimum- there is a vending machine for snacks. Saving on printing too. The room has no information about the hotel. That is found in the cloud, accessed through a QR code. The cloud gives me a link to hit if I want to contact reception. That opens WhatsApp, which didn't work.So I go downstairs to inquire about laundry.... The problem here seems to be a South African chain looking to shred all costs and extract as much as possible. The few staff employed here are excellent - efficient, friendly, and helpful. If you want more of that, check the Mozambican guest houses in town…

Hotel com tudo novinho. Atendimento super amistoso na recepção. Quarto com roupas de cama e toalhas novos. Pontos negativos são o chuveiro com pouca pressão (mas nada que atrapalhe demais o banho) e o restaurante do hotel que fecha um pouco cedo. Fica um pouco afastado do centro também, mas fica numa região segura. Vale a pena por ser um hotel novo.

This hotel is incredible, truly. The interior design is beautiful, modern, and bright – from the rooms to the common areas. Incredibly comfortable (even the desk chairs are comfy!), and impeccably clean. The staff were all super duper friendly. The food is really good (I loved the muffins at breakfast!), and the kitchen is open until 9 pm. I really loved my stay here, and would absolutely come back if I travel to Maputo again.

I would like to express my gratitude to management. What a stunning hotel: FRIENDLY, superb staff that is always there for your needs. CLEAN, rooms are very clean always done and tidy according to how you moved it on your stay. PEACEFUL, always quite really a place to relax after a hard day of work. They got a small gym, a cool pool, and def a super friendly staff. My experience was great it's the second time I am here, the manager is always there to greet you which shows a lot of respect, the reception ladies are superb, always assisting you with care. The food and beverage manager, due to covid they add a smaller portion of breakfast he asks me if I needed something to eat and guess what, next morning got what I wanted. The restaurant ladies and chef, they are just so good. I RECOMMEND this hotel, for a limited crazy covid they are very good.…

Terrible place to be! - Kitchen closed and no food after 6 o’clock in the evening. - Unfriendly, unhelpful personal. - Employees are sleeping in the restaurant while you have breakfast. I even needed to ask random strangers on the street to change money for the vending machine. Which was not working either…..

Firstly, we are very sorry that you felt frustrated and disappointed during your stay; management has looked into the issues you raise. Our kitchen had to close early due to Covid-19 restrictions in place by the government, which is unfortunately beyond our control. Our staff work hard to deliver friendly, efficient service and we are saddened that you felt this was not the case.
