This is a decent lodge close to Pioneer mall and the CBD. Staff is friendly and the room are large, clean with satellite TV, reading table and a small fridge. The free WiFi works only when in range which unfortunately didn't cover my room.

The staff are very polite and helpful. My room was big, comfortable and quiet. The tasty breakfast prepared freshly prepares one for a day of discovering this fascinating country. I would go back without a doubt.

Stayed here on 4 July 2017 , the guesthouse is beautiful and room had all of the basics required and super clean.

The oil heater provided did not work which made it difficult to work in the evening while sitting by the desk.

There were few power points in the room as a result if you want to put the panel heater on you can't have the electric blanket on. Then on the other side of the of the room , you either have the heater or fridge plugged in , not both :(

Dinner was great , however breakfast took forever to be served though we had indicated our need to leave as soon as possible. We ended up taking the breakfast as takeaway as we had no time left to sit and eat.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Black Swan. The rooms where very comfortable and the staff are very friendly. The included breakfast is also very nice. I have peraonally stayed in three of the rooms and found them all to be more than acceptable.

I stayed at Black Swan over a weekend and I must say that the accommodation is clean and tranquil. The staff go out of their way to help you, I really appreciate. The intimate bar also makes it easy for customers relax after a long day. I didn't have meals at the guesthouse though, so I do not know how good they are.

This was a pleasant guest house with a lovely garden and a pond with white ducks, no black swans. The rooms were light clean. The desk was a bit small, but there was a kitchen and so you could have fed yourself. The breakfast was lovely and tasty- mushrooms with a little shallot worked well with eggs and bacon. You might like to watch sport which was well served on the weekend.

Good place, tidy rooms and great breakfast but the compound is beginning to show early signs of wear- it isn't that old. Wifi not great either but that isn't rare here. Black swans on the pond and pretty gardens

This is proper accommodation with a decent price in Maseru. I really enjoyed my stay here. We were not bothered at all by anything. It's very close to the border and the malls, so it is an awesome place to stay in. I'll definitely stay here again.
