8 years ago I was saying that this hotel was very nice because it was one of the best in Accra. I came at Fiesta again few days ago for a business trip. I stayed in a Chalet as I was upgraded. But the hotel is now very old despite the location is good ( not too far from airport)

Dear Sean M, It is exciting to know that after 8 years, you chose to stay with us again. Thank you for your review! We have indeed had some renovations on our facility since your last stay with us; and currently have a scheduled full renovation in place in the very near future. We are sorry you found our breakfast average and did not taste our lunch and dinner because our buffet did not look nice to you. As an alternative, you could have ordered from our room service menu or a la carte menu. As you may have noticed in our reviews here, most of our guests have enjoyed our dishes, and our buffet prices are quite moderate, as compared to our competitors. A return visit from you to try our lunch and dinner will be very much appreciated, as we believe you will enjoy your time with us. Hope to welcome you back soon! Kind regards, Rita Abigail Tano

I liked the room, though at $100 per night it was a little pricey. Food was mediocre. When I took the hotel shuttle to the airport, I had to wait 25 minutes for other passengers, which worried me. Cable TV was fine, and so was Internet connectivity.

Dear Pioneer77416, Thank you for staying with us and sharing your feedback on this platform! Do accept our apologies for waiting a while for our complimentary airport shuttle to take you to the hotel. Hotel complimentary airport shuttles around the world, are operated in a way to ensure all guests who arrive at the airport within the same time, enjoy the service. The driver had to assist other guests who had arrived at the airport around the same time you did, to join the shuttle. We acknowledge waiting to get in touch with family and loved ones back home can be at times frustrating. Thus, to ensure the comfort of our guests, our airport shuttles have free Wi-Fi connection on board to enable our guests get in touch with family as soon as they arrive. For guests to quench their thirst, we also serve mineral water. Alternatively, guests can also take paid taxis from the airport to the hotel at their convenience. As you may have noticed from our reviews here, most of our guests have enjoyed our meals served. It is thus unfortunate you did not enjoy our food. Had it come to our notice, our Chef would have prepared your desired dishes to your taste. We hope you offer us the opportunity to serve you again. Warm regards, Rita Abigail Tano

If you eat at the hotel bar you will probably pay around 40-50 Cedi/person. In the hotel restaurant it is ~90 Cedi/person. Going out will probably be around 40-50 Cedi/person in most reasonable restaurants.

Dear Penelope, Thank you for contacting us. We would be able to take care of your special needs. You also do not need to come along with your milk as our Chef has confirmed we could serve you with soy or almond milk. Would you like me to make a reservation for you? Warm regards, Rita Abigail Tano

which basic things attract most people there
There are no attractions near the hotel. However in Accra, you do have the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park and Museum, Botanical Gardens, Castle, National Museum, Cultural Markets and modern shopping malls. There are also a number of beaches. Most of these attractions are 30-45mins from the hotel, depending traffic. For more info check out Accra Attractions on Tripadvisor. Hope this helps you out.
