Amazing hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly it. The hotel is set in a way that it feels like a boutique hotel, all rooms facing the river. Great pool area and lots of places to sit and relax. The staff are all so friendly and attentive which makes you feel extra spoiled. Food is amazing and set in a open air restaurant, with extra high ceilings. Large selection of breakfast buffet, high tea and fine dining in the evening. The hotel is modern but with a hint of colonial reminiscent. Rooms are spacious with lovely large bathrooms. The hotel offers free shuttles to and from town which is very convenient. We can highly recommend staying here and we will gladly come back again.

Excellent and lovely hotel with gorgeous views of the Zambezi Highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful, luxurious and very clean. Comfortable bed and great shower. First round of the mini bar is complimentary. Gorgeous view of the Zambezi river. Great food in the restaurant. The breakfast included is wonderful. The staff is exceptional. You will be so comfortable at this hotel. If you want to go into town, the taxi they will call you is very reliable.

This is an excellent hotel. It is in a very peaceful setting and has a regular shuttle to its sister hotel (Ilala Lodge - just a 10 mins drive away) so you really get the best of both hotels. The restaurant was wonderful as was the pool area. Our room was great with a nice balcony and an absolutely huge comfy bed. It is also very convenient for the Ra-Ikane river cruises as they depart from the hotel's jetty. I can't really fault it- everything was lovely! I would highly recommend this hotel and it would probably be my first choice if I were to return to Victoria Falls (which I hope to do someday!)

This hotel reminds me of a highway motel. The facade is poorly designed. The location along the Zambezi River is beautiful and walking distance to the sunset cruises. The dining room is lovely along with the patios and pool facing the river. The rooms are very modestly decorated. Nothing special. We were put on the first floor in a corner which was not ideal. When I asked if there was anything available on a higher level I was denied but there are clearly open rooms and availability online. The staff also seems out out when you make a request. Not a very warm feeling.

Absolutely stunning property right on the Zambezi River. I loved the decor. The rooms / bathrooms are nicely updated with all of the modern comforts. The food at the hotel was excellent. The highlight of our stay was the sunset cruise on the river, right from the hotel dock.

The hotel is very beautiful, esthetically. The grounds of the hotel l are very well kept. The nightly drive into the restaurant is beautiful, with lighting along the road that leads to the restaurant . It is located on the Zambezi river with beautiful views. We had dinner at the Palm. We found the food to be average and the drinks unsatisfactory . While the waitress tried to correct our issues, the bartender and manager's efforts failed very short of satisfactorily resolving our concerns. One example of not taking care of our concerns was while I was eating, afrog that appeared above my head on the wall. I addressed the manager about my uneasy feelings, and he chuckled and said ," The frog is always there." Though I understood we were outside eating in nature's element, I'd rathered the manager to take my concern more seriously . The waitress was as accommodating in her services, but the bartender and the manager lacked in their services to us.…

Wonderful hotel! It is new, and very beautiful. Rooms are large & quite. Very comfortable bed and large bathroom. Each room has a patio or deck if on 2nd floor (We had a deck). Wonderful to wake up, make a cup of cappuccino, sit out on the deck to look out onto the river. and see wild animals. The staff was magnificent. Breakfast every morning was a feast.
