LEMALA MARA NDUTU are the ultimate mobile camps that move between Ndutu (December - March) to northern Serengeti from July through to October. In both locations it is within touching distance of the birthing areas of the Wildebeest in the South and in the North it offers views over the Mara River. Set under large Euclea trees in the heart of the best game viewing area of the Serengeti. Here, in this immense remote wilderness, guests can enjoy fabulous landscapes and terrific game viewing with practically no crowds. Resident wildlife numbers are exceptionally high, but nothing compared to when the migration starts arriving when the area then turns into a wildlife paradise par excellence.

This camp definitely had the best food out of any other place we stayed in Tanzania! We got to go back and meet the chef and give her our highest compliments. When we stayed here, our small group of 5 people were the only guests, so we received top service and attention. We loved the nightly bonfires and happy hours that they set up for us as well. The rooms are a bit more basic than a few of the other camps we stayed at, but were still comfy. There were issues with the toilets not flushing multiple times, which was a bit frustrating. The other recommendation we had for the camp was to have a bit stronger lighting in the rooms - the lights were so dim that we often couldn't see well or had to use the flashlights on our phones to be able to see what we were doing.

My husband and I spent two nights here as part of our honeymoon trip. Lemala Mara exceeded our expectations. We found the camp to be very comfortable - great bed, hot showers, and some of the best food we had during our entire trip. Our attendant Charles ensured our room had everything we needed; the entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Special thanks goes out to our guide, Eugin. We didn't have much time there, but felt completely satisfied with the amount of wildlife we saw there thanks to him. We were especially thankful for his expertise in finding us the perfect spot to witness an absolutely incredible wildebeest river crossing. You will be in good hands at Lemala Mara!

We had the most amazing time with the most amazing guide, Albert. He was great with our children and full of knowledge about the Serengeti. He even lead a stargazing experience one night after dinner! We wanted him to accompany us to the next Lemala property we stayed at! He went above and beyond!

I was not expecting the level of service, food quality, and wonderful tented accomodation at Lemala Ngorongoro. Therefore I was very pleasantly surprised to find this hidden gem on the Crater Rim. Though is was a trek from the Crater Entrance, the place was magical and such easy access to the Crater floor from the Camp! It was really great way to end our Safari and wish we had another day to spend exploring this pristine environment . Well done Lemala, will definitely recommend this camp to other guests!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful tented camp located in central Serengeti. Great service and staff. Wonderful tents and location. The camp's westward exposure gave us the best sunset we saw on our African Adventure.
