This place was just amazing. From the friendly, lovely staff to the immaculate, clean and sanitised rooms, flexibility and support from the staff (I had a lot of requests/questions!) There was AC, hot water, power showers, TVs in every room. Honestly one of the best hotwls I have stayed in and I have travelled all over. The room was also super affordable. Gym super clean and well equipped. Only downsides were the food was a bit boring, bland and pricey, especially the breakfast which was subpar. There were not many Tanzanian food options, no porter tp help with luggage, communal bathroom in lobbh never had paper to dry hands. This still was not enough to take away from the wonderful experience I had here however.

We stayed here for two nights upon arrival from the US before a six-day safari and four days in Zanzibar, and it was the perfect way to get our bearings about us. The room was quite comfortable; the bed was great, and the hot shower with good water pressure was fantastic. Breakfast each morning was quite tasty and eaten in a stylish dining area. The WiFi worked great, and just about any football match you could possibly want to watch on tv was available. Zacariah at the front desk was so helpful and even more friendly. The property also arranged our airport transfers which was very helpful. They also helped us find a great restaurant to have dinner on our second night. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, it was just absolutely superb.

A Perfect Place for the Business Traveler! I’ve stayed at several Hotels from 2 star to 5 star ratings In my past 15 years of visiting Dar es salaam but this I must say this something!!just perfect for someone traveling for business. 1. Perfect location 2. Extremely clean ( let’s hope it stays this way and maintained even after a year ) 3. Excellent service and well trained staff I must say it must be the senior management staff as they too are on the floor assisting and you can see them going to each individual client checking up 4. The gym is just right and clean better then some of the 5 star hotels 5. The rooms are perfect and just right with amazing showers and quality sanitary wear. This place May have fewer rooms and fewer staff plus being small and not all the pomp and hype but it’s run well and that’s what matters SERVICE & QUALITY All in all for the price you pay and the kind of hotel this is anytime worth for a business traveler, for sure it’s not a Hotel for holiday makers but I give it A* To the management kindly keep up the good work and maintain the standard …

Very poor welcome service No porter or room service Very unprofessional and rude staff. The manager was not even ready to meet the group considering we had booked 10 rooms. Overall bad experience and we do not recommend this hotel

Our hotel general manager has looked into the matters raised in your review and has shared that your group was extended every courtesy within the services offered by the hotel, including early check in, late check out and a buffet tailored to specific dietary needs. This hotel does not offer a porter service, whilst we assist guests with baggage as far as possible, we do not have staff specially designated to this task. While we do not offer room service, our #Café restaurant caters for full breakfast, lunch and light dinners, with dining facilities extending from the restaurant to the lounge and outside pool deck. We value all of our guests and aim to offer the best service excellence. We are sorry you felt you did not receive that on this occasion.
