Set in the heart of Marrakech, this hotel in the Gueliz quarter lets visitors experience this Moroccan city's modern bustle. Part of the newly built Carré Eden complex, the 5-star Radisson Blu Hotel provides immediate access to the complex's internationally recognized stores and restaurants as well as the trendy nightlife nearby. Designed by famous architect Imaad Rahmouni, this modern Marrakech hotel features a beautiful lobby, patio and restaurant. It's a striking contrast to the city's historical quarter located just 10 minutes away, where guests can explore the Djemaa El-Fna square and traditional souks. Our 198 rooms and suites exude a soothing, contemporary vibe, created by designers Lotfi Sidi Rahal and Meriem Benkirane. Guests enjoy modern amenities like Free high-speed, wireless Internet access and LED television with satellite channels. The on-site restaurant, lounge and bar create a unique open venue, where guests can enjoy tapas, sushi or savory organic meat and fish prepared on a charcoal grill. The hotel's facilities include an aquarium swimming pool surrounded by a spacious patio with sunbeds, a spa, a fitness center, and an event space comprising 10 commodious meeting rooms for business and private events.

Just had 5 days here with family. Perfect for all needs. The breakfast was very tasty and ticked all my "essentials" (bean to cup coffee machine, fresh croissants, omelette bar and freshly squeezed juice) plus Moroccan dishes (3 types of hummus and much, much more). We stayed

Highly recommended, also with kids. An Oasis in busy Marrakech. Everything is just perfect. Great breakfast, heated outdoor pool, excellent service, friendly staff. Very big, so no personal touch, but that was fine.

A lovely hotel with good facilities. It is out of the centre so perfect for when you want to get away from the hustle and bustle. The staff are very helpful and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. There is a nice big fire in the bar area which is useful for a

Hi Hw far/ long a walk to Jemaa El-Fina and the souk? Many thanks
We went with an excellent guide and driver( very much recommended) so it was quick. 5 -10min Consider taking a guide, we had an excellent time and learned a lot,(although we had literature prior to going, so we already knew what interested us modt) and a great shopping experience as well, others who did not choose to invest in a guide encountered a few varying issues like: language difficulties, being accosted by sales people and wanna be guides, as well as ending up in non-tourist friendly sections. Although one can have an excellent time and like us encounter a lot of nice people, we’ve heard from friends that traveled the same time who had a very different experience.

Hi I just wanted to know does the hotel rooms have 3 pin plug or is it 2 pin?
Hi KHD, they certainly have the two pin plug that is standard in Morocco. I don't recall seeing three pin plugs anywhere in Morocco although this does not mean that they were not present somewhere. I always take adapters for the local power points as I have had too many bad experiences in hotels with trying to charge things. My strategy when travelling overseas in recent years is to take a small power board from my own country (Australia) so that I only have to take one adapter for the board itself where it is plugged into the wall. In this way all my many electrical appliances just plug in directly to the board and don't need an adapter. Enjoy Marrakech.
