I can't believe how lucky we got booking this place. The location is so ideal, the rooms and restaurant and rooftop/pool are beautiful, and the staff is so wonderful I can't rave enough about them. I hope I am spelling their names right, but Abdul, Souka, and Youseff made my husband and I feel like family there. They are amazing people and the hotel is lucky to have them. I wish I knew everyone's names because the staff in the restaurant was so incredibly kind too. I highly recommend staying here, you will be so happy you did!!

This was our first visit to Marrakech so unsure what to expect. We arrived late in the evening and the square was alive and a hive of activity. One piece of advise to note is that taxis can't enter the square after a certain time so if you are arriving late then the hotel can arrange transport which is allowed to enter the square. The hotel staff were fantastic and went out of their way to help you. We ate in the restaurant and food was lovely, the breakfast was amazing and more than we could eat. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There was a pool on the roof terrace and it was a very pleasant place to spend a bit of time relaxing. When we were booking we couldn't decide between a Ryad or one of the bigger all inclusive hotels outside of Marrakech. Choosing the Art Place hotel was 100% the right decision. We had a lovely stay and hope to return again in the future.…

We traveled from Marrakech to the Sahara Desert, Fez, Tangier and Casablanca. Although our accommodations were comfortable throughout our journey, we were overwhelmed when we arrived @ Riad Authentic Palace for 4 nights. The staff and service was exceptional. The property was gorgeous, just a few minutes walk to grab a taxi and on the main square. Only drawback was, it did not serve liquor or wine, other than that we were very pleased to have chosen this Riad. Thank you!!!

This Riad was amazing! Everything was excellent from he decoration, cleanness, attention from the staff and the manager we totally love it. The rooms and amenities are beautifully thematic, the included breakfast is very good, the whole hotel was super clean. The whole experience exceed our expectations! Book their airport transport and let them arrange tour for you and thank me later. For the transport back to the airport ask for a quick in-car "tour" around the new city.

Stayed for 4 nights at the Art Place Riad and had an amazing stay The reception staff helped us arrange our tours and transport and exchange money they were all very helpful The restaurant staff were so friendly and very attentive Our room was a suite and was very spacious and comfy

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and it was perfect. The location was central, yet the moment you stepped inside the hotel it was so peaceful and quiet. The staff were so friendly and helpful. In particular the wonderful receptionist who when our flight was cancelled organised a hotel for us to stay in as they were full and also sent their transfer guy to pick us up - above and beyond! Saved us when we were in a very stressful and upsetting situation! Would highly recommend!

A little gem in the corner of the crazy Jamaa el fna. The impressive golden doors hides away a beautiful boutique hotel. Warm friendly team at reception organized our transfer from the airport and we’re alway happy to help and advise. The fabulous team at The View in house restaurant presented an amazing array of fresh fruit and juice, breads and pastries for breakfast. The roof terrace was a real sun trap where you could hear the faint sound of the drums and pipes being played in the square it was quiet enough to doze in the sun. What a wonderful place to stay and in a great location. My sister and I were made to feel extremely welcome at the Art Place Ryad. We took up the hotel offer of arranging our transfer from and to the airport - only 15mins away. We were warmly greeted by our taxi driver who, due to flight delays, had waited 2 hours for us. He could not have been more polite or helpful. This level of service continued throughout our holiday. The hotel restaurant team supplied delicious breakfasts; fresh fruit juices, (who knew carrot and beetroot could taste so good?), range of pastries, eggs, etc, lunch on the roof top terrace and dinner in the restaurant - all very tasty when we decided to 'eat in'. The reception staff provided great advice and an amazing tour guide for us. The morning spent on our individually tailored tour definitely helped us better understand, not only where to find things, but the culture also. Such lovely people - great sense of humour too. We originally booked our trip for December but Morocco closed their borders a couple of days before our planned trip because of the Omicron outbreak. Rather than going through the hassle of trying to get a refund we asked if we could rebook and they agreed to the original booking within a year of the original booking. The hotel has shuttle services from the airport which made arrival very easy. The breakfast was a nice variety and as with all the staff in the hotel everyone was very hospitable. The location is excellent just off the main square but far enough back so that the rooms aren't affected by the noise. The room was spacious and clean. Very highly recommend the Art Place in Marrakech.
