Great location in the Medina, within walking distance to souks and tourist attractions. Extremely quiet, you hear only the songs of the birds and occasionally a rooster in the neighbourhood. Our room was "WOW", a suite on the ground floor named "Cocteau" with the surprise of a private garden with palm trees, very quiet, well decorated, smelling like jasmine, and excellent beds. The staff adds to the welcoming and quiet atmosphere with their friendliness and personal touch. Everybody was nice and accommodating, making you feel at home. Just to mention a few names that we remember - Soufiane and Marouane at reception, Hassan and Said at the restaurant, Zak, Soufiane, Treasure in the hamam and others, can't name all of them. They were just fabulous. There is a nice swimming pool and chaiselongs. Shurkan jazeela!

Amazing Riad in the Medina. Came with my daughter & stayed 6 nights. A comfortable, beautiful oasis to come back to after a day of touring. Way better than any luxurious hotel that we visited for drinks in Marrakesh. Wonderful staff that make you feel special, cared for & comfortable. First time in Morocco. I will return & again stay at this beautiful Riad

We stayed here for a long weekend, we were warmly greeted by staff and given traditional tea and a light snack at our arrival despite it being late in the night. We had a junior Suite which was beautiful, clean, spacious and exceeded our expectations. The staff were all lovely and very helpful throughout our stay. We had a delicious evening meal at the restaurant which I would highly recommend and we also used the pool and spa facilities which were fantastic. Overall we had a lovely stay which I couldn't fault. We will definitely book again. Thank you all for a great stay.

If possible, I would have rated this extraordinary and luxurious Riad as 6+++ stars. Conveniently located in a small alley in the northern part of the Medina, you could never imagine what is hiding behind the beautiful wooden entrance door. Before I describe the modern art deco transitional design, the tranquil atmosphere, the great cuisine, the comfortable rooms, the exquisite gardening, the luxurious pool and spa, and the most convenient location, I must start this review with the 'secret ingredient': the staff. I have no words to describe the unique and outstanding friendly hospitality. Each and every one of the team at this Riad should be awarded the employee of the month award. The friendly Italian owner of this exclusive Riad has chosen the best possible workers that give you the pleasant feeling that this boutique hotel is your home away from home. From the moment I sent an inquiry email after booking my reservations, until the moment we checked out of the hotel, there was always someone friendly available to assist with every request. We arrived late at night. The reception clerk was expecting us and gave us a warm welcome together with the bell boy that transfered our luggage to the most intimate suite on the rooftop. We stayed only two days. However, by the time we left the hotel, the entire staff recognized us personally and gave us the feeling that we were the VIP guests. The dining room team privides the best service, whether at breakfast or dinner - the exceptional food is accompanied by the friendly hospitality. On one of the evenings we arrived back at the hotel more than fifteen minutes after the restaurant was closed. We were tired and hungry. We asked if was OK to order something small, just so we wouldn't go to sleep on an empty stomach. The restaurant Manger sat us down and served a full meal without a word about the fact that the restaurant had already closed. The restaurant could easily compete with the top Parisian coffee shops. The food and the atmosphere are great. We got a sneak view of some of the other rooms. This is not your typical Moroccan Riad design. The public areas are nicely decorated with furniture and artifacts that were probably hand collected from antique shops or artwork auctions. Most of the rooms have beautiful balconies. The traditional interior design incorporates modern features to keep spaces feeling fresh and casual. Every corner in this exceptional Riad pleasantly combines very traditional items with modern touches. Usually, the published pictures mislead you to belive that you are choosing the best accommodation, only to find out later that the shooting angles and Photoshop editing are misleading. Here at Palais Khum, what you see on the web sites, is far less than what you get. Absolutely, a great surprise. I will definitely recommend this Riad to all my friends and I'm sure this will be our first choice on our next visit to Marrakech. This review is just a short version of our praise for the most amazing Riad in the heart of the Medina.

We had a wonderful time at Palais Khum. The property is stunning and the location is great with quick access to popular sites like the secret garden, the markets and the Bacha bar. The room was really beautiful and clean, and the breakfast was great. The staff was amazing and Stefano, the owner, was a great host, he gave us a lot of tips about places to visit and shops with good quality stuff and good prices. Would highly recommend this Riad.

We stumbled accross this place and decided it would be the best setting to celebrate my birthday. We are a group of 8 adults and 2 babies. All adults opted for the package deal : Use of the pool, lunch and a massgae. I had a 1 hr massage and facial, it was perfect. Lunch was beautiful and the atmosphere was tranquil the FREEE birthday cake and song was so tasty and a lovely special touch. My only quarm is the pool is not very warm considering it is advertised as a heated pool. Customer service was amazing all staff are so friendly and happy, the massage is professional and nice. Thankyou

We stumbled across this raid while looking for a place to eat lunch. Wow! What a find! A stunning place, we sat up on the roof, surrounded by lovely plants & flowers. We had salad nicoise and a club sandwich - both delicious. Excellent service. Definitely recommend.

This is the third time in Marrakesh and we decided to try out a Riyad instead of staying at beautiful hotels outside of town. Well what a pleasant surprise! The location is PERFECT! In the Medina but very close to the road so can leave easily to go and visit sites or play golf. The Riyad has 14 rooms and I was able to see 4 of them as we were a group of family and friends. Each room is different with furniture chosen by owner and so each has its special magic! Service is fast and efficient. Breakfast is ala carte so more intimate and once staff knew what we wanted for breakfast they were extremely fast and well organised. Dinner is also excellent and I highly recommend massage! We shall return for sure!
