We stayed here over the Easter school break. We had to wait for minimum of 2hours to get our room. As they said that was check in time altho it was package deal. Anyways room was ok. Bathrooms are fine. The place was very dated and not all that clean. Also near the buffet

The staff were sociable, attentive, and very nice people. Many were Multilingual. When returning from a walk, there are many easy to climb steps into the front of the facility. The check-in and out was stress-free. The four story hotel offers numerous amenities. Be mindful of

A well presented and modernised hotel. It’s worth going all inclusive here as they have one of the best breakfasts. For your meals they gave a buffet cuisine. But then they have a further Italian and traditional Morocco restaurant. So spoilt for choice. We did all get the deli

Hi there, I am so sorry I do not know the answer to this question as we had a double room, I would suggest the best thing is to email but I understand you have done that without success . The only thing I will say is the beds are huge ...and I mean huge ..perhaps she could sleep in with you .... there was also a very comfortable sofa bed in our room so no need for a foldaway .... hope this helps ....

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and our bags were never checked but there are signs stating this and others had said they had to empty their bags ..... so its pretty random. With young children I would be inclined to give it careful consideration. Hope this helps .. Good luck

There is choice and variety but as we were vegetarian we didn't find the buffet had much. Maybe find out from the hotel how much it is to upgrade. The nearest supermarket is not nearby but you can't bring outside food into the hotel as the security guard will search your bags before you go back into the hotel.

Contact the hotel. It will cost you £15-20 pp per day extra but when you factor in convenience, saving on travel, food and drink costs its worth it. You can still eat out the odd day/evening.
