no vegetarian food only pizza at lunch by the pool time the staff seem stressed no time for guests at all hotel restaurant the supper big tennis flood lights are blinding could not see the very boring menu so sad

The hotel location and design is amazing, however the hotel was full, and the stuff at the front desk were overloaded, nevertheless it does not give them the the right to be rude and impatient, I have had an unpleasant experience with the receptionist staff, they were extremely rude, not attending to my requests. I have not received the deserved welcome for a Diamond member. Also the pillow in the rooms are so uncomfortable I have neck pain. I’m extremely disappointed.

I visited the hotel in early April with my husband and my daughters. It has taken me a while to write a review but it does not take the shine away from the wonderful experience we had. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels but by far this one has been my favourite. Thank you to all the staff specially in breakfast, pool and the lobby area for always making my daughters smile. Unknowingly we visited Marrakech during holy month of Ramadan. Despite the heat, not even once we were given anything but a smile. That is something that will stay with me forever. We were given a junior suit with a massive balcony. I cannot tell you enough how amazing this room was. To the point, that my husband and I are considering to visit this hotel once a year.
