Room was a decent size, we had three single beds. The bathroom was not very clean, ants on floor and such. The room had a very bad smell everytime you come in, had to blast AC for it to go. But the staff were very friendly and welcoming, always saying hello. The breakfast was not worth it at all, very limited to egg, selection of pastries and yoghurt. You have 5 to choose from and they stopped doing 2 so there were only 3 available which were all similar, no variety. If you wanted something else to be made that would cost extra, even if it was just toast. Not very nice breakfast service at all. The best thing was the location of the hotel, restaurants right around the corner of amazing standards and cheap!

Hotel is in a very nice area, 19 minutes waking distance from Jamaa El Fna Square. Area is very safe with plenty of restaurants. Hotel itself is new and staff are very friendly, polite and welcoming, especially Ghozlan and Hassan at the front desk. The hotel rate is very affordable and the breakfast is delicious (la carte not a buffet). I will definitely stay here again when I come to Marrakech. Note : I arrived at 10 am (several hours before my check in time ) but I got checked in and they made my room ready in no time. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to this great city.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. They always had a smile and made sure we were happy. The gave us a free upgrade as it was our honeymoon and they decorated the room beautifully. They also let us leave the luggage at the hotel while we explored the different cities in Morocco. The location is excellent as it is in the middle of the Medina and the new town. I recommend this hotel and will stay here again.
