We stayed at Four Seasons Marrakech for 2 nights and we had such a wonderful stay! It was our first time staying with the group and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The property is just beautiful with a lot of gardens, 2 pools (one for families and one for adults only) and all the other facilities that you might need such as gym, spa, tennis courts, restaurants, etc We tried the Azzera restaurant for lunch by the adults only pool and the Quattro restaurant for dinner and the food was absolutely delicious in both restaurants. Breakfast is super complete with a lot of options and the food was equally delicious (their orange juices were some of the best we’ve tried in Marrakech). Highly recommend you to stay at FS Marrakech if you look to relax in this beautiful Oasis with 2 amazing heated pools!…
the hotels staff superb attention to detail there approach to the customers is the best i have seen the food lived up to 5 stars poolside atendants are brilliant water delivered in whicker baskets around the pool
This hotel is gorgeous, incredible service and amazing rooms , very good location and near everything, the food is outstanding and the decor super gorgeous , you have to be there to enjoy it and believe it , really incredible experience, never expected this kind of hotel here .
Really dire hotel, very poor customer service. I had issues with our room which we raised with the hotel who were unresponsive and did not address any of our concerns. They believe they are a five star resort, but have a one star customer service rating. Rooms are poor. The hotel is very loud, constant banging of doors echoes everywhere. Poor amenities. Terrible value for money.
Stayed here end of April / beginning May. Starting with positives - pool facilities and dining options were great. The issue however is the condition of the rooms. They are very outdated and not clean. This can be looked over somewhat - though the biggest issue was the condition of the mattress. Very squeaky, completely worn out. The noise makes it almost impossible to get a decent night sleep. They have a sign in the room outlining that the room rate is EUR 617 - for that much, you'd expect a mattress that doesn't squeak and hasn't sagged! Be careful if you have stayed at other Four Seasons. This is a big notch below other experiences we have had at the other FS resorts/hotels. Better value luxury hotels in Marrakech!
