Thi is a historic house that is well preserved and renovated to serve as a modern hotel. the staff is very helpful and welcoming. I enjoyed the spacious room and moroccan cuisine prepared by Mama Fatima a family member who supervises the kitchen for the best quality. This historical riad from the 14th century is located in good location close the old city of Fes with walking distance to the main attractions like Qarawiyen mosque and Attarine Madrasa. With the welcoming staff and reasonable rates, I'd recommend it for everyone.

The place is just wonderful, a historical palace from the 14th century well preserved accompanied with the best hotel experience starting from the spacious room to the perfect hygiene, not to forget the great food and welcoming staff thanks to our host Ms Ibtisam who made our stay in Fez a memorable vacation.

This Riad is simply amazing, it is actually a palace. We were treated very well by Anna and her team, much like long lost friends. The Riad is a stunning tranquil haven, the pictures will not do it justice. We enjoyed some lovely (large) breakfasts and dinners on the rooftop, cooked by Mamma Fatima. We were even served during a thunderstorm. The team even baked me a brilliant birthday cake. Anna was particularly helpful and arranged a driver to show us the sights, and is willing to arrange anything that a guest may require. This Riad is genuinely exceptional and I would recommend it extremely highly to anyone visiting Fes.

We absolutely loved our stay at Riad Fes Maya. We had one staff the entire time, and it was great to be able to get to know all of the people there well by the end of our stay. They arranged everything from drivers and tours around Fes to a day trip to Volubilis and Meknes. Anna was such a lovely receptionist and helper during our stay and we loved to see her and the other two men who were working with her during our stay. They were very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. They were great to give us lots of bottled water during our whole stay and supplied us with enough to take out every day. A fabulous stay!!

The hotel itself is gorgeous. Museum-level craftsmanship throughout. But the service is maybe even more impressive! Everything we needed was taken care of. They helped us with laundry and parking and gave us great advice about exploring the city (without pushing any agenda.) I can't recommend this place enough! The food is also delicious. My husband and I are both well-travelled and we agreed it was the nicest hotel either of us had ever stayed in.

Phenomenal place to stay! The riad is beautiful and the service is outstanding. Bonus - they serve traditional Moroccan breakfast and dinner on the rooftop, which has incredible views of Fes. My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon. We ended up spending one day around the riad instead of going out because it’s so lovely. The best part is the wonderful personnel, who are so kind and helpful. They felt like family by the end of our stay. I plan to come back the next time I’m in Morocco!
