Rooms weren’t amazing, but were nice and spacious. Food wasn’t too great either. Nice private bar though! I couldn’t compliment the main 2 entertainers enough though. Hansa and Ibrahim were absolutely fantastic. Quick thinking, personal, fun and just absolutely lovely people. I would honestly go back specifically to visit these 2 lads. Well done for keeping us happy on our stay and making us feel like we made friends.

Nothing like the pictures online. Very dated and run down. No bathrobes as written in the summary. No mid morning or afternoon snacks. Broken sun beds. Food was on occasions tasty but never warm. Stick to what's on the grill. The entertainment is like a butlins show. The rooms are spacious but again very dated. Twice the shower broke. Cleaners come and clean and replace towels every day. The spa facilities are the best part of the hotel although we were reluctant to try at first. Tennis courts are run down. Pool is cold but clean enough to take a dip. Would we stop again definitely not. No 4 star rating from us. Disappointing.

Hotel was friendly and relaxing, great for a solo female traveller. Room was clean and spacious, great atmosphere, food not so good, dull and uninteresting but some good restaurants across the road. Ibrahim and Hamza with the Animation Team were really welcoming and loads of fun with everyone. All staff were so helpful and polite.

Worst hotel ever !!! The hotel rooms have bugs, the pools are filthy with birds poo, sand and they are ice cold. The food are just inedible, they use the same salad lunch and evening and sometimes its gone off. They pre-cut the butter in little cubes and put it in water which sometimes looks dirty. We changed rooms but the issues such as bugs, lack of lights and the the rooms keys not working every time we go out were still there. We had to go all the way to the reception to get another key every time, it was exhausting. There is no lights in the corridors and the rooms have side table lamps only. It’s really dark and depressing. We booked all inclusive and end up eating outside every day as well as book a whole day in labranda resorts for the kids to have a chance to swim in a clean and worm pool. We ate there on the first and all our 3 kids end up with diahrea and vomiting. I end up with bug bites all over my body. This hotel should never have stars. The worst trip ever!!!!!!

those two stars are for staff. they absolutely amazing, Fatima, Nouh And Jamila from the reception and Adam from the entertain, the most helpfull staff that i ever came across . The Food absolutley the worst (uncooked rise for 4 days, reserved salad from the launch time, bread and croissant are so dry that if u get fit with you will need stitches ... no variety) and on the 3 day of our 7 days we all had food food poisoning. we change the first room as the shower, telephone, safe, air-con were not working. the second room we got the air-con was still not working but stay in as we couldnt bag and move with three kids. the hotel is Very OLD and they didn't bored to update or maintain anything, paint on the wall are falling off, the rooms stink as there is no ventilation... we got all inclusive expecting they will care for kids regarding specially food. they had noooooo option for kids nor juice for the kids (except orange in the morning). the pool is dirty literally!! we had to go to another hotel in the last 2 days of our holiday as we wanted to make happy memory for the kids. it says 4 stars, it is definitly NOT i will not recommend for family !!!

The reason I have rated it so low is no internet when out of reception never been to a hotel where you can’t get it in your room. (Moan over) we had a junior suite which was big but nothing inside no table or chairs no tea coffee making facilities no complimentary shower gal soap. No table and seats on the balcony. The room itself was nice a clean and someone came in everyday (forgot the bath towels the last two days) all staff are very helpful and kind. Very quite when we came (March) the city tour is worth doing and the market is massive. We are going to have a look at the zoo which is free so I am told. Food is ok ish breakfast eggs bread toast. Lunch has been the best for us the chips turkey and gravy was very good today. Dinner lots of fish, semolina soup not good for me or the fish soup, chicken legs boiled potatoes and other things. The bread is ok for any meal should lose a bit of weight this holiday (which I could do with) you can only gets the all inclusive drinks outside at the pool not in reception. They only have one person at the outside bar and sometimes he has to go and replenish things. Taxis are cheap. But overall really not too bad but they have a lot to learn yet. Or have they. My biggest problem was no internet in the room I suppose a small thing for some people meant nothing to the wife as she doesn’t use it. It isn’t the best hotel that I have been but not the worst by far. But the staff are exceptional. Entertainment is music on a night and a lot of excise during the day. One thing the sun is hot. But cool on a night in March.

Went for a family holiday on the 20th feb 2020. Initially all started well. But evening meal time as my children were in the middle of their meal one member of their catering staff came to tell us we have to buy drinks as they are not included. They started to interogate us as though we were not eligible for the meal. I explained we are on a half board package but they still wanted us to buy drinks which we did for the rest of the time. The restaurant staff were awful. No politeness whatsoever. They behaved as though they were giving us food for free. Very cold. No cuterly and napkins until we asked. Limited glasses and cups... very stingy . Frowned looking faces . Zohra at the breakfast was very polite. Otherwise the rest treated us like unwanted guests. Breakfast was awful . Recycled food from last night and not much variety at all. Everyday same breakfast with not much at all. The reception staff was ok. khadija was polite but rest were again very moody. One thing you must remember is to count the towels they give you and check them everyday as Fatima at reception and the cleaning lady made a bit of extra cash from us by sneaking a towel away or not putting the right amount in our rooms. Once we cleared the room for checkout they started saying one large towel is missing. Both were saying the same thing . Eventually we had to pay them 100 dirhams for the missing towel that we didn't have in the first place. I realized its another way of making extra cash from guests. So please COUNT YOUR TOWELS EVERYDAY. Rooms need updating worn off. Asked about the so called kids club regularly for kids entertainment but no one at reception knows anything about it. Pool was very cold .

I have just spent a wk here & a lot of what is advertised on there web site dosnt exist I did question the very arrogant manager who said the web sight is nothing to do with them ? It should be since it’s selling holidays there . There is no mini bar , room service , snack bar , entertainment, tea making facilities, the reception staff are unhelpful & try to short Change you when you change £ this happened to 3 of us , the pool bar runs out of glasses & drinks daily considering there were no more than 30 of us staying there not good , the rooms are very clean & hotel is constantly being cleaned , food massive let down had to eat out every evening, breckfast is fine , home made chips at dinner but. Could never work out what tea time food was , restaurant staff are excellent very helpful , there is a shop but not open the manager asked me why that bothered me when there’s shops outside I had my disabled mum who can’t walk far , entertainment list was on the wall but all we got was 2 staff dancing in the reception area , the bar in reception makes it’s prices up as they go along & will rip you off , no hotel info given so just had to find things out for ourselfs the hotel is nice very clean shame it’s sold with fake advertising

This is possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. On arrival we saw our room and it was shocking. We asked to change rooms and was taken to a further 2 and they were both worse than the original one. Our room was dirty, furniture was broken, the wooden balcony door had bits missing leaving the sharp edges of the glass exposed. There was no mini bar as advertised. The all inclusive food is very poor, limited choices of food, and drinks. All the soft drinks were warm as they were left out on the side with no ice available. There is no snack bar as advertised. The all inclusive drinks are only served at the pool bar and again a limited selection. There is a bar in the lobby that you have to pay for. There is no gym as advertised.

Spent a week here it was OK. Positives The area, it's close to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff all apart from one person who did the all inclusive bar a couple of days before I left were really nice and friendly. The main positive for me there was a English speaking movie channel. The hotel has some really nice seaviews you can sit on your balcony and watch the sunset. NEGATIVES the main negative for me was the attached nightclub. I heard the music until 4.30am pretty much every night. The rooms need a major facelift they were old and tired my balcony window had a broken piece of glass in it. The food wasn't to my liking a few times I went out to eat (the beer was though) they did run out of beer a few times on the all inclusive bar. Even though I didn't use it a few people complained that the swimming pool was freezing. If I were to go back I probably wouldn't go back to this hotel mainly because the nightclub kept me awake most of the night.
