Good hotel good service would recommend, at the front of the hotel is a man called Kamil who will offer you excursions he is very honest and gives great prices would highly recommend him for booking your activities for your holiday. Enjoyed quad biking, a dessert trip in jeeps and camel riding all for under 90 British pounds, had a great time.

If you’re happy to go to a very basic hotel then this is perfect. This is certainly not a 4 star hotel, not sure who’s doing the ratings for this. We had a room facing the street above the hotel entrance. There was street noise all night and the hotel itself is not at all soundproof so earplugs a must! Our room was so basic and depressing we only stayed one night and left. The towels were stained, cracked tiles in the bathroom and rock hard bed made it impossible for us to stay here any longer. The reception staff seemed ok and pleasant enough but we didn’t hang around long enough to be able to comment on anything else here. More like a uk 2 star hotel!

I travelled with 2 friends and stayed for 4 nights. The staff from the beginning and throughout our stay was the most kind and helpful I found in a long time. The food at breakfast was delicious and the omelette makers were impressive! What a treat to have eggs made on the spot in front of us on demand. The food from the snack bar was also very good and served by the swimming pool. The room was very comfortable and the cleaners made a special towel-origami each day which was a very sweet touch. We were recommended great daily tours/excursions with amazing guides and had out taxi to the airport booked without a problem. Staff at the hotel seemed to work hard and the result was evident. 5 star hotel!

In brief: Part of package from EasyJet having had previously good hotels with them. BEWARE point 1: We picked a 'Promo' room because this sounded good however it was a sub-standard extra small room with a window opening onto an enclosed light-well facing a wall an overlooked by a public corridor window. Not the expected sunny balcony. Fittings tatty , air temp very hot. BEWARE point 2: the AC ( an absolute requirement on our booking) only blew hot air because... it was centrally operated and not switched on by the hotel as "it is winter" despite the 28C daytime temps. EasyJet said that the hotel was in its rights not to switch on the AC!!! They wouldn't move us to another hotel and suggested we ask for a fan. The hotel didn't have any fans and suggested we could buy one cheaply in the city! The night manager who dealt with most of this was not pleasant, the day manager was just the opposite. The rest of the staff were very friendly. They had one other room free at 20 euros a day extra which we had no other option but to try. It had a tiny, standing room only, balcony so at least fresh air, BUT the traffic noise in the morning meant we had to keep the door shut or, as we did, wear ear plugs. The hotel did reduce the extra daily charge to 10 euros, maybe encouraged by EasyJet, I don't know. The room contained two twin beds pushed together and two small pillows. Also ONE chair, ONE drinking glass. We asked for extras. There was a fridge with a stained interior which blew out hot air and failed to keep much cold. Don't expect anything in English on the tv. The beds were too hard and I had to get extra pillow to put under my legs to stop my back hurting. The towels were all a bit old and off white. We were B and B but (unlike our hotel last year -Timoulay - good but out of the way location) breakfast was only just edible, so we didn't try the restaurant. there were several lukewarm items of last night's meal on offer which we thought too dodgy to eat ( eg boiled rice, potatoes in various guises, ratatouille, lentils). The Yoghourt, honey and fruit salad were nice as were the made to order omelettes and the bread. (There was a Notice restricting one omelette per person and two msemen breads which were large but a bit hard). We suspected that occasionally the fresh orange was diluted. An assortment of pastries a few of which were ok. Salads, one type of cheese and a round sliced sausage which looked too processed to try. A couple of cereals. If you wanted a decent coffee, of which Morocco has much, a Nespresso machine was available but at 2 euros extra. On a couple of occasions over the 12 days there were some nice crepes. The pool was unheated and we didn't see anyone using it and we didn't try the spa as the reception to it was very uninviting. The location was the only good point about this hotel. Frankly I wanted to go home at the start and never having taken many package hols before we won't be in a hurry to choose another if the quality of this hotel has anything to do with it.

Visited November with my 9 year old son. Conveniently located a few hundred yards from the beach with a quite a few shops & cafes nearby. Staff were pleasant & food was decent when we ate there. It was b & b so didn't experience too much of the food but breakfast was nice. Pool was cold so son didn't want to swim & there was a lack of entertainment at the hotel but it never advertised it was on either. I suppose it was off season. Pleasant experience.

The worst nights sleep ever! Our “double” were twin beds on wheels shoved together as hard as rock with hard hefty pillows ! Our room had the illuminated hotel side out of the window which shone in! The shower dribbled. Hot room so we opened the window but the street below so noisy with horns blaring we had to keep it closed but the aircon didn’t work, so opted for the blaring noise. The “gym” was ok but basic, the pool area ok and clean We had supper and breakfast in the hotel which was pretty tasteless but passable. Drinks very expensive but that’s expected in Morocco. The hotel staff were unhelpful and disinterested. Needless to say we have moved hotels after one night despite paying for three nights upfront with lastminute.com Save your money and upgrade!!

I was as per past reviews a great advocate of this hotel, it's gone so far downhill it's unbelievable. They have what appears to be "porters" running reception, all the good staff are gone. Breakfast is now more like a pastry shop, watered down Orange Juice and done kind of Beetroot Juice. The omelette is the only positive item on menu. What really p***ed off was been accused of stealing towels, on my way out one day the security Gaurd caught me by the arm saying the maid had told him I'd stolen towels from her service cart. I opened the bag I was carrying and of course NO towels were inside reception then said maybe you disposed them "how & where" I asked... Maybe in your room. Anyway next day when I dropped the pool back I was told this should have been brought back yesterday evening, we were missing the towel, as if anyone would bother stealing one of their worn out towels. The Pool is no longer heated and I was told it won't be either for the forthcoming winter. I've already booked my Christmas stay in another hotel as there's no way I'd return here.

The only negative comments I would have are that the bed was very, very hard and the pool was freezing! Didn't swim all week despite temperature being in the 30's. Location of the the hotel to the beach and the pretty promenade (a little further to the marina) is very good, just a short walk, no more than 5 mins. We were on half board, and as previous comments have mentioned, breakfast was much the same everyday, but still a good choice, crepes were good !! The evening meals were sufficient, nothing fancy, but we didnt feel the need to eat out of the hotel, nor did we go hungry!!. Morroccan night on Saturday was the highlight, shame they couldnt do that every night!! There is a very handy little shop close to the hotel, where we were able to get drinks/snacks, fresh bread , fruit etc. We booked trips through the hotel, which in hindsight we should have known better and booked elsewhere cheaper. The tour of Agadir wasnt really worth the money. We were picked up late, and dropped off early, and tbh we could have got a taxi to the Souk, and the cable car to the Kasbah on the hill. The trip inland to Taroudant and the oasis was the best, with some great guides and good traditional lunchtime cuisine. A long day, but worth it. The hotel was very clean inside and out, and rooms well maintained during our stay. Fortunately, we had a room at the back of the hotel, so had a nice view otherwise, would have been overlooking the street. The staff friendly and happy to help. Felt very safe in Agadir, in the souk and on the beach, would love to go again. It was a cheap winter break for a week, which included private transfers to and from the airport, and we felt the whole holiday was good value for money.

I holidayed here for a week on a half board basis at the beginning of November. If you are looking for a cheap, comfortable and clean hotel that is central this is perfect. It is basic and not what you would class as 'luxury' but for the price we paid, we thought it was really good value. The pool area was great-really clean and had no problem finding sun loungers even if we arrived at 1pm. There was no music around the pool area at all which suited us as other reviews suggested there was loud music being played throughout the day. The breakfast was a bit disappointing- pastries, salad(?!), omelettes and pancakes mainly. Dinner was a bit better- always salad, a pasta and sauce dish, tagine, fish, meat. It's not a huge buffet like some hotels but enough to choose from. We took the view that if we didn't like it then we would go down to the promenade and eat out (cheap enough) There was no evening entertainment which was a bit disappointing as would be nice to have something going on in the evenings. We went down to the promenade but no entertainment as such- we just walked off dinner and took in the atmosphere. The promenade is a short walk across a main road- plenty of bars, restaurants, gift shops and a mcds, kfc and pizza hut for those who want a taste of home. There are a lot of street traders who try and get u to buy things but if you say 'no thank you' then they just carry on and don't pester. The marina is worth the walk (around 10 mins- probs better in morning or after sunset when cooler) it is an up and coming area so this is more modern but very quiet.
