Great place to stay. It was clean and nice. The room we got had everything we needed for our stay. The hotel is located near great restaurants and places to visit. The breakfast was good. Even though we stayed just one night, we had a good experience. The staff was really attentive.

Friendly front office and concierge (hurrah to Caesar and Pablo), sufficient and comfortable room with reasonable size for single traveler (room 11). The area is nice, if not somewhat sterile and remove from the nitty gritty of Ciudad. Two modern mall within close walking distance. Breakfast is good and ample. All things being equal (i.e woman traveling solo), I will choose to stay in Meraki again.

What a lovely small hotel! Their customer service is superb and the front desk remembered me from three years ago! The room was charming, the bed comfortable, the towels fluffy and the shower was hot! The outdoor breakfast area was beautiful and the whole hotel had interesting design details. And of course it was immaculately clean. As a solo older woman, this will be my “go to” place to stay in Guatemala City.

This Boutique hotel is well located, just a 10 minute walk to the Oakland Shopping Mall. The hotel is well decorated, from the reception to the breakfast area to the rooms. The receptionist provided us with above and beyond service. Kudos to Fernanda (I think that was her name). Since we arrived early and it wasn't time to check-in and also that we were leaving the next day at 3 a.m. the receptionist offered us breakfast since it was included and we were going to miss it the next day. We thought that was way above than what we expected. She arranged for a taxi for the next day, too. When we returned later to check-in, out baggage was already in the room. They really know what hospitality is all about. Thank you.
