My friends and I arrived at Rumors to use their pool, however we found ourselves ordering food and it was delicious. The service we got from the waiter/bartender that were by the pool was excellent. The pool has a great view that you can swim...More
I was a little disappointed by our room. It needed some TLC. The ceiling had multiple rips in the ceiling. We had the basic room, which meant no kitchenette and no coffee maker. The room smelled like gas because there’s no p-traps in the plumbing....More
We stayed here for 3 nights. We had a room off to the side of the resort secluded from the rest, which was very nice. You are greeted with friendly faces and a welcome cocktail. Throughout our time there the staff was nothing short of...More
We stayed 3 nights at Rumors with our 2 children in February 2018.

I stayed 2 nights at Rumors, the room was clean with comfortable beds. The pool was nice and the bar food and drinks were good. The front desk arranged a taxi for us to go into town, which is only 5 minutes away.

Hi Jody, We rented a car, Took us about 3 hours to get up to Banque area. so you might want to arrive in Belize early enough so you will still have daylight to drive up. Its along drive and the roads are not the best. you do not want to drive at night since there really not too many road signs. If you are renting a car watch out for speed bumps. They are unlike what you have in the US. We actually had more fun on the beach than the rain forest actually.Good luck and have fun.
