Very disappointed. When we arrived we were waiting in line at the check out desk and they didn't even acknowledge our presence, instead another person just walked right up and checked in. Our room was fairly nice, but nothing in theme with the beautiful lobby; don't be too excited when checking in... our toilet wouldn't flush, the phone wouldn't dial out, the bathtub drain was broken and wouldn't close, and the TV was so fuzzy we couldn't watch the movie that was on TV. Needless to say I won't be staying here again. I tried to call the front desk to chec out and was given the operator who told me to wait 10-15 minutes and call back because the front desk was so busy! I walked down there and there was nobody there. While I checked out I very politely told the receptionist of

What a great place to stay in a beautiful little town. We came for a wedding (the heat!!) and it was the perfect location for "out-of-towners". We could walk to so many places, there is a great little downtown area with a Coldstone Creamery and you MUST try Toomer's Corner lemonade. The rooms were very clean and the staff was delightful. We also enjoyed the fodder they provided in the dining room. Sunday brunch proved light and delicious.

We send our son to Jeff Lebo's Basketball Camp every year at Auburn University. The first year we went, we stayed elsewhere but the past two years we have stayed at the Auburn University Hotel. We absolutely love it! The staff was extremely helpful and most of them appeared to be college students. The rooms were well appointed with luxurious down comforters and wonderful views of the most beautiful college campus on earth! I would not recommend staying at any other hotel when you are there. They have a wonderful restaurant and pool area as well. They also have a great downtown area full of shops and places to eat. You will not want to miss the Mello Mushroom pizza restaurant, Toomers for a great chicken salad sandwich and world famous lemonade or Cheeburger Cheeburger. There is

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for a few nights for a wedding that was being held in town. We had a decent room that was paid for by the bride's family, so in my mind, it was a great value! The hotel itself is fairly nice, and they did a great job with the rehearsal dinner that was held in one of their large meeting rooms. The bride & groom also reserved one of the large suites and used it as a central "get together" room for the wedding party--the suite was essentially a large living room with kitchen & bathroom that was in the middle of two adjoining guest rooms. It was very large and perfect for what we used it for. The restaurant at the hotel had an excellent breakfast bar that we ate at two of the mornings. The staff was nice and accomodating, and the hotel's

We stayed at the Auburn University Hotel this past weekend, and it was a very great experience. Upon entering the hotel, I was very impressed as was my husband the layout of the hotel is very beautiful. My husband is a big Auburn football fan, and the Auburn decor in the lobby caught his eye quick. The service was great, and the check in/out process was quick and easy (and we didn't even have reservations). They had a suite available, and it was remarkable. The room was clean, very spacious, and a great view. We had a great view of Samford Hall from the livingroom window, and the Draughton Library, and with a refrigerator, microwave, 2 bathrooms, and 2 TVs, the one in the livingroom with a DVD player, I have to say it was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at.
