Staff was great! Rooms were clean! Will be happy when breakfast comes back but other than that everything was great! I always stay at this particular hotel and will not stay at another when in town. Absolutely love the suites and the price is excellent.

To start off cleanliness is not a important at this hotel.The rooms smell just nasty and old.I had to switch rooms twice due to issues. I would not recommend this facility. The conditioning does not work properly. My bathroom broke during my stay. The wifi does not work. Key cards mess up often (they were not near phones). Would not recommend worst hotel experience.

Decided to stay at the hotel instead of hunting camp when my daughter came with me. The rooms are spotless clean, the staff are great, price is great, overall I would highly recommend this hotel. Great place.

I went thru a 3rd party to make reservations at Quality Inn located in Alexander City, Al. I found a Live Roach on the table in the room and got the family next door to come over and ck it out. We then relocated to Days Inn and the next door family relocated to the Hampton Inn. All these hotels are located in Alexander City, Al. I contacted the third party as requested by Quality Inn and still no Refund. I'm highly dissatisfied with this process and I will reach out to Corporate.
