I’ve read some horror stories about hotel stays recently, but my stay at this hotel didn’t qualify. The room was in good condition, other than the clock not working. It was clean, and stocked with expected toiletries. My only complaint is about the newly instituted food and beverage credit option for Honors members. The $15 credit didn’t even get me a breakfast sandwich and coffee at the lobby coffee shop - the only breakfast dining option available in the hotel on a Friday morning. Hilton will lose my business when I start traveling for business again by continuing that policy.

Nice location, feels safe, quiet, clean. There was coffee and cream in the room, and a nice grab and go area in a coffee place in the hotel. I like the lighted/magnifier mirror in the bathroom, although the bathroom was a bit small.

As a travel nurse this has been my worse 4 star stay yet. I usually don’t stay at Hilton’s because they are limited with room amnesties. The parking garage is a nightmare with unclear marking. My window ended up shattered due to poorly marked signage. Trash was left in my room.

Diamond Member here & usually stay at Hiltons and this was the worst hotel I've stayed at this year. The people working were nice and doing their best, but over the Labor Day weekend, amenities were slashed, ice makers didn't work, the room didn't have a refrigerator, the shower faucet had to be about 20 years old, the room didn't have a laundry bag for my own dirty clothes (!), there was no valet service, the bar downstairs was closed and only the smaller one was open with limited house (& with an extremely limited menu), and none of this was mentioned on the app, where they encourage you to book so you can accumulate points. It was a terrible experience, and although I normally like the Hilton brand, but I will not be staying here again. Recommend you do the same.

Great location. Nice staff. The room was clean and pleasant. Masks required in public areas. Our major complaint is that there were not quite enough servers for the people sitting in the restaurant. We had to go searching for our waiter in order to pay. This place seemed to be not fully back to normal levels of guests or employees. But the people that were there were generally cheery and happy to help. I look forward to visiting again in better times!
