Most people would rent a car with a GPS and just drive to Georgetown to the Hotel. I don't drive, so I would take the Amtrak train to Union Station in downtown Washington and then take a taxi from there.

One of the less expensive ways is to take the commuter (MARC) or Amtrak train from the BWI station to Union Station in DC, then take the Red Line metro to Woodley Park (or Tenleytown) and grab a cab or an Uber from there. A... More
