I stayed here for a business trip. Rooms are a little expensive for me. But rooms had been updated and the king size room was very spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was very good and it had good, easy access to the Metro.
Facilities were in fine shape. Hotel is well situated to transportation and other interesting places. Movement to various meeting venues was easy. The decor was soothing with live plants and good lighting. Acoustics were pleasant.
"Balcony may be un-usable because sometimes a screwed-in wedge in the sliding door prevents opening the door beyond 6-inches."
"We stayed on the 12th floor and loved seeing the snow come down."
"Exterior rooms have street noise. Interior rooms have lobby noise."
"If you want to see out reuest an outside room vs the atrium"
"For a quiet room ask for one facing the atrium on a high floor"
