We chose this hotel after booking somewhere else initially. I am so glad our initial choice was abysmal or we wouldn’t have benefited from the experience here. This hotel is perfectly placed for trips on the Metro or exploration on foot. The service is great, people are friendly, and it is worth every penny you will spend here.
We were here for one night to see the cherry blossom. The hotel is right next to the Spy museum and very close to National mall. Due to Covid, there is no free breakfast, but for Diamond member, they gave us 20 dollar to use in the Starbucks in the hotel. The room is very clean and updated. If we ever come to DC again, will definitely stay here again.
First staff encountered was rude, while the rest were great. 7am fire alarm and hot rooms. hotel was overall night but don’t think i would ever stay here again. however, the room was nice and pool looked good.
Pool was a joke, pool view suite bigger joke, elevators long wait and broken twice, restaurant and bar no joke. Worst Hilton I’ve stayed in. I wish that there would be some level recognition for the lack of services by staff
Booked this room randomly for a staycation, our room ended up have a view of the Washington Monument. If you want to be near the national mall this is a good pick. Our room was clean. I do agree with the outside of the windows not being cleaned but no big deal to me. The pool was nice, nothing too fancy, but had towels and chairs. The restaurant was open, in room dinning was not. Place has a Starbucks. I liked that we could ride the scooters from our room over The Wharf. We will be back. Oh also, i did have a small issue with my bill and called and spoke to Andrew Harrington and he resolved my issue with in 30 minutes. So thank you!
