Had a lovely time in Krakow thanks to the lovely staff. Stanislaw, Mateusz and Kacper were outstanding. Ask Stanislaw for the bartenders special if you don’t know what to drink. You won’t be sorry. Mateusz is also an outstanding Polish instructor if you need a few phrases to use with the locals.

This hotel is in a great location to visit Krakow, easy walking distance to many restaurants and places of interest. We had a lovely room on the 1st floor facing the park, it was spacious and very comfortable with minimal outside noise. There is a fridge which is really useful and they replenish bottled water everytime they clean. They offer you the chance to be eco friendly by not having the room cleaned every day and they give you a eco gift in return, we had 2 cereal bars, I think that is a great idea. Plenty of choice at breakfast buffet and items can be ordered such as omelettes ,poached eggs. Staff very friendly and printers provided to print out boarding passes free of charge. Drinks in bar are reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again.

was there overnight. good gym but room needs modernising, No minibar due to covid whcih i found ridiculous not good water pressure. big and spacious room. cupboards also were funny as clothes exposed on the side when you closed them

Outstanding location and family friendly hotel, very clean, good soundproofing - we lived in a room facing park and street with trams, still slept absolutely good. Very comfy beds. And there was bath - handy for child wash.
