We visited for the weekend in December and this hotel met all our needs. We stayed B&B, breakfast was lovely and available until 12 noon which was excellent no worrying about getting up early. The roof top hot tub is an added bonus. The rooms are limited for storage and hangers however we managed for the weekend, due to covid rooms aren’t cleaned daily unless you specifically ask as with the mini bar, once we asked this was topped up quickly. The room could have done with a bit more tea/coffee but once we requested extra it quickly arrived. We booked the Bentley transfer from the airport which was a luxurious start to our trip, the driver took us on a little tour of the city. The hotel was happy to arrange a taxi transfer for the return journey. Krakow is a beautiful city and visiting at Christmas made it extra special. Only downside to the room was the double bed, but as 2 female friends we survived!

It was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at - from start to finish the staff were amazing. They messaged before we even landing asking if they wanted to organise day trips or airport transfers (all were competitivly priced - not usual hotel pricing!) So we organised our transfer and trips through them. When we arrived they had all the trips ready and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were amazing and everything (lights, TV and even blinds) is controlled  by a smart phone which was a great touch. The room was so stylish we were guilty of spending too much time in there! The restaurant has the best food (again we were guilty of barely exploring the city as it was so nice and great value!). Spending the evening in the rooftop jacuzzi with the complimentary sparkling wine was so nice after a day exploring. It was also never busy and we didn't see anyone in the jacuzzi some nights! When it came to the bill we had to ask if they forgot to add something - its so reasonably priced! Overall the best place I have ever stayed and we are already looking to stay again! Thank you!

This is my second time in krakow with my girlfriend and 1st time in this hotel. Outstanding. The staff are really top notch and will do anything to help you out. The breakfast was good with hot food cooked on demand. The staff organised some stuff for my room as it was my 40th birthday and was presented with decorations and lager which was great.. Thank you so much to everyone involved. Would stay here again

I stayed here for a few nights with my partner. It was a convenient location and reasonably priced. The lack of clothes storage in the room was a real issue, with a few coat hooks and hangers dotted about we felt the room always looked messy. When we went down to breakfast there was frequently no mugs, glasses or cutlery. There are ongoing building works behind the hotel which meant sleeping in past 7/8 was near on impossible. Our room was cleaned typically between 3-5 and took a good 30 minutes which meant if we had been out all day and wanted to come back to our room to relax before dinner we couldn’t. The staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel was clean but for the above reasons we will not be rushing back

The hotel is centrally located (for the Main Square, Wawel Castle & the Jewish Quarter) but for us very noisy - the rooms are not soundproofed & are right next to train / tram tracks & road. Take earplugs with you or you won't sleep. I bought some from a local pharmacy as I complained about the noise on our first night and the hotel do not provide them. The cleanliness of the bathroom also needs attention - all tiles need to be wiped down thoroughly as part of the room cleaning process. I would also advise you to take your own hairdryer. There is no wardrobe or anywhere to store your clothes just a tiny hanging area with around 4/5 hangers. The delux rooms are big, but the space in my opinion is somewhat wasted and would really benefit from some form of clothes storage. The minibar is stocked with complimentary soft drinks which is a nice touch as is the coffee maker. Due to the current climate, the rooms are not cleaned daily / fresh towels / mini bar not replenished daily etc. unless you specifically request this....but if you ask at reception then they will provide you with what you need. The breakfast is good especially the cooked to order hot options - scrambled eggs and sausages are delicious. I would also recommend booking a taxi transfer from the hotel to the airport. The hotel can also organise day trips for you too - pick up and drop off is at the hotel - prices are competitive so I would also recommend this. The staff are very helpful, friendly and welcoming - especially those who work in the restaurant.

Response from Marta Hojoł, Other at The Loft Hotel

Dear Gabbie, Thank you for adding your opinion after your stay at our property. You are absolutely right. The central location of our hotel has its huge advantages, but also a few disadvantages. Sorry to hear the sounds kept you awake. We hope that it did not cause you such discomfort, and our beds allowed for a pleasant rest. The rooms are not permanently equipped with wardrobes, but at the request of our guests, we deliver them to the room. Thank you for your comments on the cleanliness of the room. The maids are doing their job very diligently, so there must have been some oversight for which we apologize. In the rooms you will find a mini bar with non-alcoholic drinks. There is no additional charge for its daily replenishment. We are glad that the ladies at the party kept their promises and fulfilled all requests. It's nice to read that your breakfasts tasted like that. The offer is very diverse, allowing you to choose what you like best. We offer transfers from and to the airport. Just ask at the reception desk and the ladies will provide any information. We can also organize excursions or massages (in the room!). Thank you for the kind words to the staff! We invite you back, hoping that next time we deserve a better rating. to The Loft Hotel- Regards, Marta Hojoł Manager.
