Booked a spa visit on groupon that would be 3 hours long including sauna. First when I arrived the place was ice cold. They told me that they had a reconstruction and therefore the sauna was out of order so I could have another small treatment instead. I asked for another blanket but was still freezing during the whole massage and also the builders were walking outside the window that was not fully covered with courtains so I could see them and they could see me. I could also hear their drills over the music played from the masseuses phone. The treatment itself was not high cuality, they barley used any products and the ones they used felt very bland, without any good fragnance or anything. The treatment lasted for about half of the time that was schedualed, which at the end I was grateful for. I stood in the shower 15 minutes afterwards just to get warm and to get less tense. No recompensation was offered to me for these conditions. Now I sit at home with a cold and fewer, thanks to this outrageous spa visit.…

We stayed here for 6 nights during July. The hotel is traditional and clean. Our room was large, clean with everything we needed. They only down side was noisy neighbours early morning but that’s not the hotels fault. Breakfast was a buffet of everything you could want along with eggs cooked to order. The only down side was that the bar was in the restaurant so if you wanted just a drink at night you had to sit amount diners, but no one bothered and we were always served quickly. All the staff we came across were polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Sopot.

Let’s start with check in... the room was full of sand from the beach including the bad(!!!). The check in was very late (22:00) so the reception was very unhappy that they should do anything about this. We went for a walk for an hour and after coming back the room was untouched!!! Again we ask to clean the room and they suggest that maybe the will give us the sheet to this by our own ... quite a joke. But later was even better. The room was not cleaned the second day at all. We heard that the clean keeper cleaned the room cause they have it confirmed in the papers... obviously it wasn’t. But due to no staff to do this in the evening, they promised to do this next day. So next day we came back to the room at 21:00 and...the room was totally untouched again! That never ever happened to me before. So again we went to the reception to hear the explanation and the staff was very very rude again. They was laughing and absolutely not willing to do this. At the end I can say one thing..just check all the possibilities in the city before you make a reservation in this hotel. The only very positive thing was the staff in the restaurant, with very nice and kind people, who were so different from the staff from the hotel.…

This is a great hotel. I stayed with a group of university students for 8 nights, and I have nothing but good th8ngs to say about it. The rooms are great, the breakfast is great, the restaurant has wonderful food, and the people at the front desk are wonderful! Very caring and professional. We will hope to return.

No really, Come here. This cute little shack right on the beachfront is simply amazing. Exceptionally welcoming (beach) bar/restaurant staff, quick, efficient service and really tasty food. Cold beer. Good food. Nice staff. Great view.
