Villa Antonina is a boutique hotel in a quiet residential neighborhood, though the rail tracks are close by - so better request a room on that side of the hotel not facing the rail tracks. Service is friendly, the sleep quality good. Some of the rooms look a little 'worn' . Unlike in many hotels in Poland, breakfast is included in the room price, and it is quite good - you can order omelette, fried egg, bacon, and there is usually a tray with marinated herrings or herrings in cream sauce.
One of the best places to stay in Sopot. Great location with walking distance to the beach and all Sopot attractions. Very spacious and well designed rooms. I liked the decor a lot. Friendly staff and wonderful owner I had a short chat with. Nice breakfast buffet you can enjoy even if you are late. I stay there in summer but it is also perfect for vacation out of season as well as small conferences. Will be back next year!
Excellent holday place in Sopot. Just away from the Centre. Reservation made via the website, and confirmed by mail. I had to be in Sopot for several days of work-meeting and this Villa was near, and looked good. It was Nice! Parking of the motorcycle was relatively safe (but outdoors, and accessible for public) Tip for motorcycle-riders: possibly ask if you are allowed to park behind the closed gate. Reception is manned 24/7. Check-in was easy, payment by card was not a problem. The room was a small apartment: Very Nice ( I should have made a few pictures). It had a cosy living-area, a spacious bedroom with an Excellent bed, and a good bathroom. The fridge is stocked with a few drinks: complimentary! Breakfast was Excellent each day, and if you ask for espresso will get excellent coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful. Checkout was smooth. Recommended place!…
Faultless ALMOST. Some rooms are close to railway line. Trains run quite often. No air conditioning in Room . They are the only negatives. Hotel is only a 7 minute walk to beach in one Direction and equidistance to the pedestrianised Monte Cassino street. Breakfast is adequate with a good selection and the possibility of freshly scrambled eggs and pancakes. Staff friendly and hotel itself is spotless. Sopot is a lovely resort. Very classy with a great selection of restaurants and coffee shops. The beach is amazing.
We really enjoyed the stay in the hotel. It has great location - not too close to the main street, so there was peaceful and quiet outside. However it was close enough to the main street to fully enjoy the walk! The rooms are very clean and neat, in the same time have vintage feeling of living in villa that stands in the same place for many, many years. I truly enjoyed the antique experience! One small inconvenience, not being unbearable, is that there is no AC or fans in the room. When you travel during hottest period of the year, you need to be prepared for hot inside and outside :)
