Checked in with family (3 rooms) and right from the start everything and everyone has been fantastic Ondrej who checked us in was super helpful kind patient and answered all our questions, The rooms are spacious and live upto Marriott standard. Bathroom is also clean and big. The hotel restaurant was a pleasant surprise, delicious food, Hamza who was our server was also a bartender and did a fantastic job. Alll the hotel staff is friendly. Hotel is situated in a more residential/ local area, some great restaurants nearby, the farmers market by the town square is full of vibrancy and gray food choices. Navendu Vyas & Family
Greeted by Andfej and he was informative and delightful. My first trip into the Market Place restaurant I enjoyed the company of Hamza and Josef. They were professional and entertaining. The food by chef Mike hit the spot. Kristine was the housekeeping staff who was from Ukraine and spoke great English. Veronica at the front desk was a Daily wealth of information. Back to Hamza he was on the breakfast shift and dinner shift. He was a marvelous asset to my stay in the Czech Republic.
Had a lovely stay during a work trip last week. Staff were lovely, especially Robin on front desk who could not do enough to help us with checking out and organising complicated taxis! 10/10 service from him!
No complaints about Courtyard by Marriott Prague City. Good location if you want to be near Old Town but not IN Old Town (only a 30-minute or so walk to Old Town, and right near public transit). Also located right across the street from Flora Atrium (big mall). Quiet, clean room with everything you need. Friendly staff.
Excellent hotel with the tram and metro across rhe street, and a mall including two supermarkets. Right in Flora Station in the green line. The attendants very courteous, the restaurant had wonderful food with a different menu each day. However no room service sadly. Safe and refrigerator in the room, and a bottle of water (for a cost). Asked for a bath robe and was handed immediately, however I think should be available in the room. You can buy the transportation tickets in the hotel for the same price. I bought for the first two days until I found out could ride for free as I am over 65. I think the attendants should know these and advise accordingly.
