This hotel is what dreams are made of! Perfect location near Charles Bridge and walking distance from Old town. We were upgraded to a river facing room as we celebrated our wedding anniversary . The reception staff especially Yetisirah was exceptionally sweet , helpful and kind in every way .. we are big travellers and her hospitality will be long remembered. Table reservations for dinner , suggestions on how and where to go ; all offered without asking and proved very helpful Marian, David and Aleksandra were very helpful too. Comfy 4 poster bedroom. The two courtyards are pretty and reminder of the old palace. Wellness spa is limited. The spread and service at breakfast was exceptional to the highest of standards . They even iron the tablecloths after laying them on the table ! If we come back to Prague we will be back to the Mozart

Simply the most welcoming hotel we’ve stayed in; really exceptional. The room was big, spotless, and finished to a high standard. The location is well balanced, with Old Town and Charles Bridge only a short walk, but the river and views of the castle are a lovely feature from the front of the hotel. The breakfast is first class and I even overheard the next table discussing how there was a wonderful variety. My wife and I had the Eggs Benedict and I can warmly recommend it. All in all this hotel is outstanding and we will look forward to returning on our next visit. Fortunately this will only be in a few months time.

great location, close to charles bridge go right 5min walk from hotel. go left 15/20 min walk brings you to national theatre, turn left there NARODNI STREET brings you right up to all the shops PALLADIUM SHOPPING CENTRE ETC. I would recommend getting getting one off those big cars or sight seeing busses to get to see the wonderful, beautiful buildings as its a lot of walking and sore on the feet with all the cobbles and if you have difficulties.. THE MOZART HOTEL IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL...VERY HARD TO FIND FAULT, FROM ROOM, STAFF, CLEANINESS,HELPFULNESS & FOOD. ONLY ONE THING WAS THE SPA..COULD NOT GET APPOINTMENT...NO IT WASNT FULL, JUST NO STAFF. BEAUTIFUL 4 DAYS. BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY..THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AT THE MOZART..
