Just wow, what a fabulous hotel, with fantastic people and some great values. Stayed here 3 days, loved it, very central and the service was great. Nice touch was the first round of the mini bar (soft drinks) was free (built in room rate) - something you don’t see much these days, but in this day and age, I think is a nice touch, don’t change this. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Will bring the family back here

Great discovery, warmly recommended ! Professional, friendly, smiling, helpful, efficient staff no matter where they work. Amazing breakfast, what a choice, all fresh and homemade pastry/bread ! Mohamed and Gongchun at the reception were always there to help, advice, provide good adresses…very well located, close to the center, nice neighbourhood. Sauna and sport facilities even if we did not have time for it. Nothing to change ! Thanks.

Staff is incredibly kind and helpful, from breakfast, to cleaning ladies, to the reception, we had a marvelous experience and very good advice on restaurant, shops by Gongchun and Mohamed. I warmly recommend !

The rooms and hotel are very modern which is kind of nice as most things are in working order. Since it was our first time in Prague we needed help. The concierge is a real gem named Vaclav Kominek. He recommended tour guides to restaurants and everyone was a real winner. His English is perfect and really knowledgeable of the area. Overall the staff was a well oiled machine. The breakfast was included in the price and was buffet and or ala cart with very high quality ingredients. The upper floors 7 an 8 have partial views and wonderful natural light. The minimalist rooms went a bit too far with no hooks and few drawers too put clothes. Ok with us as we were there for 4 nights and worked out of our bags. The neighborhood is great with plenty of pubs and restaurants. Most everything is less than a 10 minute walk. Give this place a try if you treasure efficiency and comfort over old historical hotels.…
