Travellers' Choice
Our four star hotel is situated on the premises of a former convent in the Old Town. Building on the experience of a guesthouse called Pension Unitas which stood here since 1992 until 2006. For us as a private hotel with long-standing tradition the satisfaction of our guests is of the utmost importance. Thus we take pride in our quality service and personal approach whilst constantly aspiring to offer something more.

We stayed at the Unitas hotel for 4 nights and had a very nice stay. The hotel is about a 7-8 minute walk to Old Town Square on a quiet street. Everything in the hotel (which is an older building with an interesting history) is updated and very clean. Our room was very good size and the bathroom was large and fully updated. We had breakfast included and it was a nice buffet with table service for coffee. The staff and cleaning people go out of their way to provide and exceptional experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the hotel based on price, service, location, and condition.

Hotel's Favourite
Everything about this place was amazing, it's located on a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the main square, the rooms are lovely and they offer a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. What makes this hotel so special is the staff, from those working at the front desk to those in the breakfast room, as well as the night staff, they did whatever they could to make our stay a successful one... Patricia, who works at the front desk, deserves special mention; she spent a significant amount of time trying to help us rent a car last minute, when we weren't able to do so she helped us book tickets on the bus which was a better option in any case. She was so patient and helpful, happy to make recommendations and answer our questions... We usually stay in smaller places, although the hotel is quite large it feels more like a small boutique hotel... we are so glad that we chose to stay here...

The room was nice, but not extraordinarily nice in my opinion. Where this hotel stood out to me is by the service, the amenities, and the location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The common areas were elegant and the breakfast was great. This hotel was a short walk from the old town. I recommend reserving a parking spot in advance. Will stay here again if we visit Prague in the future.

Prior to arrival I contacted the hotel a number of times with various questions - they were always very quick to respond with the information requested and more. We arrived on an early flight expecting to leave our luggage and go out and about until our room was ready but on arrival we were met with prosecco and told we could go to our room straight away where a bottle of Czech wine was waiting for us.The room itself was spacious, lovely and clean with tea/coffee, minibar and if you need it an iron and ironing board is available from reception. The actual building is beautiful, on a side road close to the police station .. so if you get lost easy to get directions. Breakfast was plentiful, definitely something for everyone and the serving staff do a fantastic job. It is one of the friendliest hotels we have stayed in, nothing is too much trouble. Location is great, a ten minute walk to the old town and a ten minute walk to Wencelelas Square. We loved Prague, will definitely come back and will not stay anywhere other than here.

Starting with check-in with Muhammadmadjom and departing with Tereza, EVERY member of the team was helpful, kind and service-oriented. Breakfast is a bonus, better than at a restaurant. Walking distance to everything in Old Town, and safe, as it’s across the street from the police department (but no sirens!). Excellent room (328); limited TV channels invite you explore Prague rather than binge watch.
