Dear Judelle, dear James, dear readers,
We stayed with Judelle and James for a couple of days now to get a feel for the area. We currently live in Durbanville and are looking for a home closer to town.
Judelle and James were both open to questions and gave us many Tipps on getting to know the area and what to discover in Pinelands. Our children (almost three and 9 months) were warmly welcomed. The flat (feathers) is really large and with a full bathroom and kitchen definitely suitable for kids or two couples even. The garden is also child friendly and with its beautiful trees and flowers really welcoming for a relaxing time outside, listening to birdies or enjoying coffee or even breakfast at one of the tables.
We felt absolutely welcome but also private as the flat has its own entrance. We had a remote for the gate so off street parking was also Available. Bradclin is really central, so I could take the kids out to all the close by parks, which Pinelands offers many of, and do my shopping by foot.
A cleaning fairy was a great help every morning!! A true little vacation „home“ for us. Most of the guests are there on a regular basis, which speaks for it all?

The 'Feathers' is a spacious separate apartment (in a mansion) with private access to it and a large, creative, restful garden. Furnishing is very comfortable and in classic style, which I like, and the kitchen, bathroom/shower and toilet areas are functional and equipped for most needs. Location in the quiet suburb of Pinelands is excellent for easy access to CT and all its nearby surrounds and facilities by car or E-Hail. Many food and retail outlets are located in a large centre 10 mins walk away.
To top it, our host James could not have been more responsive, and helpful with advice.

Cape Town offers scenic splendor, numerous national parks and nature reserves, wonderful beaches, sites of historic interest, a vibrant city character, adventure filled days and clear skies and sunshine during the summer months. It is for these reasons that I have spent many enjoyable hours during my annual holidays exploring the city and its environs for the past 14 years. My accommodation of choice for each of those 14 years has been Bradclin House because it offers clean, comfortable, well maintained and affordable accommodation and is located in Pinelands, a peaceful suburb with an abundance of tree filled parks.
Judelle and James are warm, friendly and welcoming hosts. Their knowledge of the city and surrounding areas and tourism in general is impressive and it is evident from the many chats that I have had with them that they are able to converse about a wide range of subjects. They are also keen gardeners and their lush garden provides the ideal setting to sit and enjoy the respite from rushed and busy days.
I am looking very forward to returning to Cape Town at the end of this year and will continue make Bradclin my accommodation of choice.

Stayed for 4 nights and what a pleasure.
This is the reason i never stay in hotels anymore. Besides the obvious great location, the security, space and accommodation was more than expected.
The costs of the apartment is particularly reasonable considering what you get, and the kitchen facility for self-catering is excellent.

December 2023 was my 16th consecutive annual holiday that I have enjoyed in Cape Town and Bradclin has been my choice of accommodation during each one of those 16 years.
The hosts Judelle and James are friendly people who do everything possible to ensure that you feel welcome and that your stay is free from stress.
The accommodation is consistently clean, comfortable, well maintained and affordable and has a lush, well-tended garden. It is located in Pinelands, a leafy suburb with an abundance of parks, trees and great views of Table Mountain. Another big plus is that the accommodation is self-catering for those who prefer to prepare their own meals.
I appreciated the silence in the evenings so that I could enjoy nights of peaceful sleep.
The location is convenient with all the amenities that the city has to offer such as beaches, restaurants, sites of historical interest, nature reserves, hiking and cycling trails, spectacular scenery and many more within easy reach.
I look very forward to spending my 17th annual holiday in Cape Town at the end of this year and once again enjoying all that Cape Town has to offer.

On arrival we were very warmly welcomed by the hosts, Judelle and James. The accommodation was just perfect for our needs. We could not have asked for more. The Living and Dining room had seating, a table suitable for both sitting down for a meal and for working, We had free wifi and internet access. It also had a well equipped kitchenette - thank you Judelle for your little welcome touches. The bedroom was roomy with plenty of cupboards and a very comfortable bed. We also enjoyed the satellite TV choices. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a wash up area. There is also a large separate shower. Another delight of this property is the beautiful gardens - lush and colourful and we could sit outside on the patio from our suite and enjoy the beauty of the flowers and the sound of the birds. Thank you again JJudelle and James. This was certainly a home from home and we will not hesitate to return to this special place.

This was the perfect place for us to stay in Pinelands while visiting family close by. Friendly and very accommodating hosts. One of the most beautiful gardens that makes you feel like you are not really living in a busy suburb. Easy access in and out and would thoroughly recommend Bradclin House to anybody visiting the Cape Town Pinelands hub.

I stayed for 3 nights with great pleasure. The hospitality was top grade, the room was lovely with good security overall. The WiFi is good for business related activities. The location was also great, especially for conducting business in different areas around Pinelands (about 10 minutes away from most areas by car with no traffic). I would recommend staying here to everyone I know as the experience was amazing. Thank you!

A very comfortable stay. Clean units (Housekeeping is frequent) with fresh bedding and cleaning of units. Comfortable beds. All utilities needed are readily available and always felt private. Owners are friendly and will accommodate to your requirements. Shops, Major highways (N1, N2 and M5) are easily accessible as accommodation is centralized making attractions easy to get to. Very safe, secure area. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended for business or pleasure.
