We love returning to Doga Thermal Hotel Spa near Pamukkale 🇹🇷 The staff there works like a team and make us feel like VIPs This was luckily our 5th visit there and always nice to see some of the same staff that help us feel so comfortable and cater to all of our needs as well Mr Yusuf at the dinner restaurant and or bar always greats us in perfect English and makes sure we are happy returning customers too Also the servers Vedat & Memhet were always smiling and helpful remembering what kind of drinks we like etc. Last but not least Thank you to Zafer for ensuring that our stay would be once more a memorable time in beautiful Pamukkale 🇹🇷

I am both a physician and a Medical Microbiologist. I write the following with this point of view. Oh finally I'm in this beautiful hotel again. In my previous posts, I wrote a very comprehensive Physical Therapy unit, even a tool device. Again, my pain started and I had to be treated. Actually I was quite anxious before coming. I was very scared because of the Coronavirus Pandemic. But when I got to the hotel I was very relieved. I realized that they were taking very strict precautions when I entered through the door. I will also share pictures of most of them. All employees are wearing masks and gloves. They put disinfectants in many places. In elevators, half of the normal people can get on at most. Everywhere is wiped out at least once an hour. One of the toilets in the public toilets has been canceled. The dining tables are numbered according to the social distance and you can always sit at the same table according to your number. You cannot buy the meals yourself, you show them to the waiters and cooks who work at social distance, they put it on your plate. Towels are provided in bags and you take them out yourself. If I can think of other measures, I will share it again. Hotel services are again as great as always. Especially the food is so good that you have trouble choosing it. Actually, I don't like dessert, but they are so attractive, they all say eat me. In short, I think there is no better place for those who want to get some air and rest in this pandemic period. Do not deprive yourself of this. THIS IS A REALLY FULL PANDEMIC HOTEL…

The staff were so good, I woke up around 6 morning and went to check about available tours, the reception staff was very friendly, attentive to our request and helped us to book the tour at that early time. Same treatment was received at the breakfast, Hassan was helping and assisting whenever required and was always smiling when approaching us. We felt so welcomed

In this period of pandemic, Doğa Termal hotel is as comfortable and safe as a human's home ... Karahayıt, Denizli ... Excellent food, very rich breakfast and staff cleaning with disinfectant at any time ... If you want to relax in hot theme water, come to Doğa Terminal, which I have 10 out of 10.
