Detailed Reviews
i was there for two weeks and enjoyed every day.
i had a simple apartement but i had all i need.
the receptionist's are kindly and helpfully. internet is working well too.
only few minutes from the hotel you will find banks and shops. and just 1-2 streets away there's a good bakery with fresh bread and all waht you need for you breakfast or if you want make a fast surprise during your girlfriend is under the shower.
the bus stop is almost at the front and in 5minutes you arrive miraflores where you'll miss really nothing.
but the greatest thing was to relax in the 'private' garden in the hotel in front of the apartement under the lima summer sun.
i've to come back!!!
un saludo a todo lo staff

Unbelievable value and quiet. Very safe with locked door controlled by reception.
Room is large with small microwave and fridge and
stove. Kitchen has all you need.
Bed and Bath were extremely clean and serviced daily.
Only a few minutes away from stores with everything you need.
Public transportation is just outside the door.
Wonderful hidden courtyard with lots of lovely tropical plants.
WIFI is strong.

This hotel does not the same the pictures online. It is extremely old and run down.
Check out time is very early 10:30am.
My room smell like bug spray or gasoline. Management are no help. It is cheap but you will have to accept compromise here.
There is not much to do on this hotel area. You have to Uber a ride elsewhere.

A bit old apartments, with many facilities, you can cook there. It is really close to many embassies, just in the arequipa st. There is no breakfast, but you can find some bakeries nearby. Be aware that probably the credit card payment isnot working. We had to withdraw money and pay in cash.

Low rate which anyway makes it good value for money but don't believe that you will get what the pictures show as all rooms are different. The cheaper ones don't have a living room for example. And not even shampoo!

This is a hotel that is sort of hidden and appears non-descript in Avenida Arequipa.
However, once inside there are lots of small pretty inner courtyard gardens. My room was surprisingly spacious with a large bathroom and was pertty tidy and clean. it came with a tiny fridge and kitchenette. There was no wi/fi, but you have access to a tiny computer room where you can pay a small amount to use their computer and access the internet. Location in San Isidro/Miraflores was quite central and there were nice places to go within walking distance. This place is located in a fairly safe area of Lima
