Antlers Inn has it all---central location, comfy clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and a large area for games and sitting around the fire. The hosts are gracious & accommodating and do a first rate job. Great place to stay in the area for couples, families, and groups.

We stayed overnight on during a road trip and the owners were just lovely and welcoming, greeting us with a smile, which is always a pleasure. The room was airy and bright, and facilities just what we needed. Totally recommend this place. The only downside was the pillows...but t

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are sorry to hear about the issues with the WiFi and the TV. We are in the middle of our monsoon season when the electrical storms will wipe out not only our wifi and cable but our internet service, phones and power which is what happened while you were staying with us. We apologize for any inconvenience that this caused you and we will look into the password issue as we are still using the same password that you were given at check in. We hope you found your room comfortable otherwise and quiet save for the thunderstorms that were going on at the time and hope that you will come visit the White Mountains again.

To escape Phoenix July heat and perhaps get rained on, we drove up to Pinetop for 3 nites at Antlers Inn. Apparently this was an older badly run-down motel but it was purchased by a sweet (resort experienced) mid-west couple who are doing wonders with the place.Good choice. 2 sto

Hi Patricia, Thank you for your review that points out both the good things and the things we could work on to give us a well rounded assessment of our little inn. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and hopefully you got rained on a little as we are in the middle of our monsoon season. We love our doggie guests but understand some folks have allergies so dogs are only allowed in select rooms to accommodate all. Our block construction building was built in 1974 and the walls provide good insulation to the road noises and is sturdy enough to last another 40 years. We have a lovely courtyard with a mini golf course, horseshoes, bbq grills and picnic tables to enjoy the outdoors instead of a pool since folks come to the White Mountains to enjoy the cool breezes and tall pine trees, after all. We look forward to your next stay!

Do you offer monthly rent?
Hi neighbor in New Mexico and thank you to subscribers for chiming in with answers before I got to. Our rooms are spacious with microwave, fridge and sitting areas but unfortunately, we do not offer monthly rates as we do not have the facilities to support such a long term stay. We appreciate the inquiry and would love to have you stay for a shorter period of time.

how far away is it to good fishing lakes
Hi Ann, The closest lake is Woodland Lake, about 1/4 mile from Antlers Inn. It is a small, charming lake with a dock for fishing and a paved trail all around with benches to sit and enjoy the view. The fishing has been reported as good for trout.

how far away is lake with good fishing
Hi Ann, Woodland Lake is 1/4 mile away but there are several within a hour's drive to check out while you visit. We would be happy to provide a map so that you can see them all out while you visit beautiful Pinetop.
