This is the second time we have stayed over the Easter holidays. The hotel is new, rooms and environments are super clean. Recreation is a difference, our children had a lot of fun. There were egg hunts, real bunnies and various activities in the pool. The children loved it. The pool space is quite pleasant too, despite the pool water being cold. I thought the heated pool would have opened by now. The staff are all attentive and friendly. The restaurant's food is great, a little pricey, but very well served and tasty. With your own car, it is easy to reach the city's main attractions.

New hotel, but there is a lack of someone to run the hotel with real experience in hospitality. Pool is not heated. The heating is not yet completed. Pool bar service is disastrous. Waiter handed over menu and never came back to place the order. Dinner, which is very expensive, does not justify the price as the pasta is not fresh. It's supermarket-bought pasta. Likewise, the sauce, super acidic and made me feel sick all night. Coffee ends at 10:30, far from the rooms. Once the time is up, they start taking things away even though you are still eating. Bathroom in cramped rooms (toilet stuck to the wall corner). I asked for a late checkout of 30 minutes or a maximum of 1 hour, considering that I was sick all night. The receptionist, clearly inexperienced in hotel management, treated me in a way that was incompatible with the best hotel practices.

New hotel, great location, cleanliness, very good room size, hotel structure, breakfast, outdoor and leisure area…everything excellent. It was my husband's birthday and they left a very special treat for him. It was awesome! Only two points of complaint: very busy and loud music in the outside area. Those looking for a hotel in the countryside generally want to enjoy the sounds of nature and not loud music. We arrived at 6pm and it stayed until almost 20am and we woke up at 9am and it was already high again. I think someone complained that they turned it off. Can't they think of guests who want to rest and/or select a quiet lounge? And look, there were a lot of young children in the hotel… who had nothing to do with that song. Another point is that the maid enters without warning and I think this is a tremendous lack of training.

I was at the hotel for the first time and I honestly expected more... the positive points are: extremely friendly, cordial staff. Cleanliness of the rooms and impeccable common areas. Unremarkable breakfast, the same as other hotels in the same category. Unfortunately, the negative points outweigh the positives. If the hotel is almost full, you will have to arrive at the pool very early to get an umbrella. The water is very cold, but it becomes pleasant as the day goes on. There is no landscaping to sit in the shade, which is terrible as the heat was unbearable . Consumption in both the restaurant and the bar is outsourced, this would not be a problem if all consumption did not have to be paid for before the end of the day, which can lead to double charges (as was the case in our case), in addition to the values being very high. of meals. I was extremely badly advised by the hotel's reservations center. When I quoted the rate, it was more expensive with the hotel than by booking. We had the pleasure of holding our wedding at the Royal Tulip and the experience was absolutely unforgettable. From the beginning, the service was impeccable. The staff was extremely professional, attentive and made every detail of our big day perfect.
In addition, our family stayed at the hotel and everyone was amazed at the comfort and quality of the services offered. The rooms were cozy and well equipped, and the service team made everyone feel special and welcome.

Bathroom - We had a terrible experience, as the water didn't get very hot, we took showers that were almost cold, the toilet was another problem, extremely tight and the flush didn't work very well, it was blocked twice. The shower taps are confusing, and we accidentally ended up turning off the water valve, as we thought we were turning off the cold water, taking a shower was a pain. An absurd thing happened that I've never seen like it, I asked for 2 dessert plates and cutlery to eat a panettone in the room, the waiter took it to the room, along with the card machine, as he would charge R$ 11.00 in usage fee. Ridiculous. Good breakfast. Lunch, great. The food is great, but the cost is high. The wines are absurdly priced. An Argentine Angelica Zapatta wine costs R$590.00. The wait staff is excellent. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The pool is delightful. We spent Christmas there and it was frustrating, as they wanted to end the service at 11:00 pm, after a lot of complaints, they closed it at midnight. The value of the Christmas invitation was R$400.00, there was no live music. It was very bland and the food was disappointing. The hotel is very good, but needs to adjust some points, they are still in the beginning.

Surprising Hotel indeed, it was an excellent surprise for me and my family, the two days I was at the hotel. The hotel staff are super attentive and always want to make you and your family feel comfortable. Excellent accommodation, everything new, excellent gym, very beautiful pool, wonderful restaurant and breakfast, easy access on a paved road, I YES RECOMMEND this stay.

The hotel is really very good, with a location a little far from the center and the user may need a car. Beautiful newly built hotel. The rooms are perfectly clean, the staff is attentive and very hardworking. The reception is very helpful and the cleaning ladies are wonderful.
Negative points… the breakfast is very weak. The Ribeirão royalty has a coffee with more varieties.
The hotel only has one swimming pool and it is not heated. A giant hotel and the only attraction is a swimming pool and a gym.
For the amount charged, I believe there is a lack of a whirlpool and some other attractions! A tip Holambra doesn't have Uber! Take a taxi at the hotel to go out at night and try the delicious drinks that the city has to offer! I would say that the price is high for those who are used to the price of Uber.
