We went to The Address Fujairah to relax from the chaos of the city. On arrival we were welcomed by friendly staff who expeditiously checked us in.
Upon entering the room we were surprised by a nice bouquet of flowers and rose pebbles on the bed to congratulate us. It was together with a little elephant made from towels.
We spent some time at the pool which was amazingly relaxing. It wasn’t too busy during the weekday and we had nearly everything to ourselves.
For dinner we dined at The Restaurant which had the best Indonesian fish dish! It tasted truly authentic!!!
The next day we were being pampered again at the pool and at the breakfast. The breakfast has a wide selection of cold cuts, breads, pastries, egg station to waffle station.
We will definitely be coming back to escape the busy city life!!

We had such an impressive and relaxing stay at The Address! It is a fairly new property that is smaller than others on Al Aqah, making it the only luxury boutique hotel in the area. The hotel is absolutely stunning with a beautiful lobby and very well appointed rooms. I truly appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms. We were in a gorgeous Ocean View Suite which was a generous size and had a sofa that opened up into a queen bed. The view was spectacular with direct ocean views. The beach is clean with clear waters and we even spotted a turtle from the floating jetty. In the morning we saw many birds including cormorants and herons. We also enjoyed the attentive service; they kindly accommodated our request for a private corner suite and sent us a beautiful fruit basket with a a sweet treat. In the evening there was a talented singer/ guitarist and amazing violinist playing by the pool bar and it really added to the charming relaxing vibe of the hotel. We also loved the amazing spread at breakfast. Yuni took great care of us, her smile and hospitality made us feel right at home. Truly impressed by our stay and can’t wait to be back when the beach seafood restaurant opens. Thank you to the team for such an amazing time!

I'm not sure where to begin! I have worked in the hospitality industry for over ten years and travelled extensively and I have to say the level of service, hospitality and quality of everything in the hotel from start to finish was absolutely wonderful and easily is one of my best stays to date. We surely didn't want to leave but left feeling rejuvenated and totally relaxed.
The quality, attention to detail and standard of the rooms and furnishings was of a very high standard. The variety of food was in abundance and was truly scrumptious, you could taste the freshness of the produce. The grounds and scenery of the hotel is tranquil and beautiful.
Amir, the guest reservations manager made sure he was at our disposal throughout our 2 night stay and nothing was too much and he was so genuinely helpful and clearly someone that excels at their job.
We had the joy of attending some fitness classes and were blown away by the expertise and friendliness of Jeicco. We also went to the spa and had the pleasure of experiencing reiki with the wonderful Nithin, following the treatment I literally felt as if I was floating! All the staff we encountered from the valet, security, front reception, cleaners, life guards were honestly such a pleasure and joy with a cheerful and helpful attitude.

This was the worst hotel apartment I’ve ever stayed in, and so disappointed that this is part of ‘The Address’ brand. Everything is extra - 200aed each time, to clean your apartment even to clean the toilet or change bed sheets (no matter if you stay for one night, or a month.) 100aed if you loose a key card, 60aed per hour for kids club (even though it’s advertised as having a kids club) - you even have to take out your own trash. So basically I was charged 1,600 aed per night to clean toilets and floors and wash my own sheets and towels, not easy with young kids in tow.
The single bedroom didn’t have proper bedding, as reception told us it’s ‘the maids room’. It’s advertised simply as a single room and was supposed to be for one of my kids (but do helpers not deserve proper bedding anyway??) Oh, and you guessed it, if you want extra bedding it’s charged EXTRA!!
This is certainly the vacation spot for you if you miss cleaning and don’t want to relax!!! Really poor show. Apparently you are renting direct from the owner and not ‘The Address’ as such, but it doesn’t tell you this anywhere when booking. It’s incredibly misleading. If I wanted that arrangement, I’d have booked something else through air B and B and saved a fortune.

The decor is gorgeous and luxurious but not over the top, the hotel smells so good, there is ample seating outside with lovely little corners to sit everywhere, the size of our suite was very generous, the staff are friendly, efficient and willing to take on feedback. The hotel is kept clean at all times, inside and outside with a lot of staff paying attention to little details. A second restaurant open on site would be amazing and their current restaurant a la carte menu could be expanded a little as not many options. Some of the dishes could be more refined such as the steak which comes with a very hefty price and yet is served with french fries, hardly justifying the cost. The construction to the left hand side is a bit of an eye sore at the moment but once that's finished it will be a lovely relaxing spot altogether. Because of the construction there is a lot of rubbish lying on that side of the beach. Also it's a pity the residential part is literarily sitting on top of the family swimming pool, a bit invasive for hotel guests I found. A great relaxing stay though and a beautiful hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel. We planned to stay there only for 2 days to celebrate a birthday, but the place, vibe, service, food was SO INCREDIBLY GOOD, we decided to stay 3 days more! Staff is literally the best! Our room attendant Rachna made us feel special! She did bunny and two swans in love using roses and towels, that was so unique! She also gave us everything we needed as much as we asked (like coffee, tea, water, shower gel, cotton buds / pads, etc.)
Thanks to staff we felt loved during the whole stay in this gorgeous resort!
Room service is offered three times per day, that was a great surprise! Beach safeguard John wrote my name on the beach nearby the water using raker or something. That was so nice!
There are three pools in the hotel (1 is for children), all of them are really warm (30 °C). Drinking water and ice cream are unlimited.
Massage in spa was great, but be careful with sauna room. There is a bowl with small icy towels and the floor there is slippery.
Also we would like to thank to Aksa, Azamat, Samat, Alla, Karina and all other people that made us feel special!

It's impossible to write a bad review of this hotel! The staff is very well educated, friendly and always helpful. The food at the restaurant is high quality and various! The room are clean, beautiful and with all services you need. 3 swimming pool! For adults, for kids and for everyone! Beautiful beach and beautiful sea! Towels are always available directly in swimming pool and on the beach. Kids area outside and kids club! Soon they will open also beach restaurant with Italian chef! All I can say is being an address hotel I was expecting high expectations. This exceeded that and beyond. By far the best hotel I have stayed at in the UAE so far. I will break it down as to what I experienced:
Staff: Every single staff member that I encountered from check in to pool side, to restaurants and shop workers were super friendly, kind, smiley and could not be more helpful. Amazing!
Room: Being a brand new hotel everything was pristine. Super cloud pillows, amazing bathroom lighting, fluffy robes and incredible view!
Food: Un-bel-ievable! Fresh, excellent selection, tasty, fast and couldn’t point out a single thing that could be improved. Wish I could eat here every day!
Pool: Being in the peak of summer it is very hot in the UAE right now. But the pools were cool and refreshing, immaculately clean, ice cold towels brought round with ice bags and plenty of bottled water and ice cream. All complimentary! Staff went above and beyond even in the hot temperatures!
Overall I will be both recommending and rebooking to return! This hotel will be extremely successful and they deserve it!
(Special mention to Hani who works at Al Boom diving for giving me my padi refresher and taking me down for my first dive in 8 years!)

This is my first “The Address” experience and it was truly beyond our hotel expectations. Lovely crew, luxurious and modern architecture and interior design, amazing room and amenities, fine food & perfect set of recreations.
Checked-in by the accomodating & smart Ciela, she delighted us with an upgrade to sea view, guided us all the way to our room (it made us felt very special!), something I never had in any other hotel ever! Day before our stay, certain Laya called to confirm our visit and asked if we are celebrating any occasion..so my friend were given a surprise birthday treat too (thank you smiling Betty!)
The room was an eye candy, fresh and elegant looking, everything is well placed and generous with amenities, we even got thong slippers for the beach (another first!). The pool has 3 beautiful options and they are all very clean, there we met the super active and service friendly Elizaveta (she was walking around all the time checking on guests like us and serving needs like water, tips on resort spots to visit). Following her advise, soon as we got out of the water we went for a relaxing walk to the beach & residences.
Gym was huge, perfectly kept and well equipped, with a soothing backdrop of nature as you work out. Breakfast served is of fine dining effect, quality more than quantity…while I find the buffet spread quite limited, do ask for what you want and they will be provided.

the place was quiet and clean as it been welcome guest almost a year. it's far a little for whom come from Abudhabi and Dubai. we were welcomed by Ms. Corina. she explained the facilities succinctly but was enough to have a clue and answered all questions related to. but the check-in procedures was slow even that we confirmed it before reaching there. the parking is limited and exposed to open sun which mean in summer the car won't be easy to drive it directly (that if you park it by yourself or through valet). there're many pools and the beach. but they closed by 7 or 8 o'clock. About the breakfast, there's not much diversity and some little things wasn't available such as normal kind of cheese. The cutlery, we request a disposable one but they said only one piece available which means the limited quantity of the disposable cutlery. the disposable cups been provided. about the checkout, if you have much luggage or need assistance, that gonna took time until they served you.
