Disgraceful. The worst customer service we have ever experienced. Despite paying for new rooms shown on all of their marketing material, we were put into an old run down colonial home stinking of mold and cigarette smoke. So much so that the couch is yellowed due to the nicotine. The front outdoor areas is stacked high with old used cigarette butts and the house is in very bad condition. Essentially we were duped into paying for nice fresh accommodation and placed into a very old and disgusting house. Our Son was sick on the first night and we did our best to clean up the blanket and donna in the shower to get most of the stain out, however the shower three-tiered slide door was broken and we couldn't get into the shower. We used the sink, cleaned up and opted to leave first thing in the morning due to my Sons illness that night. We have since received an emailing labeling us as 'disgusting' and we will be charged $200 to clean the bedding. This is almost 4 times the normal accommodation rate. We are our wits end and appalled by this situation. How people like this can operate a customer service orientated business is beyond me. There were other reasons which would have resulted us leaving early, but the above illustrates the type of people we are dealing with here. Avoid at all costs. Bendigo is a lovely place and these people are the trash of a beautiful town.

What a incredible little stay we had. My son and myself stayed here for 2 nights. It was so comfortable and clean and the beds are extremely comfy. The room is modern and the price is great for what you get! Highly recommend.

Stayed one night after an interstate trip. When we arrived they turned on the air conditioning so the room was cool on a very hot day after we returned from gathering supplies. Very clean, comfortable beds, kettle, toaster, microwave and small bar fridge in the room. Basic cutlery and crockery as well as supplies for tea and coffee. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. There is a pool for guests that looked very inviting but we were too tired. Would happily stay here again.

I would advise No one with children or without children to ever stay here we had rang 2 days before we had to check in as we found bad reviews on another page and photos that looked horrible , We were told that review was from last year and the rooms are no longer like that we went to book in and found our room to be dirty looking ripped chairs old bathroom with broken shower screen and old broken tiles on the floor , we called the owner Chris into our room to talk about about it and asked if they had any other rooms as we said we didn't want to stay in this one with our children Melissa came into the room swearing telling us to get our stuff and get the F**k out , I asked to please not speak like that in front of our boys as we done nothing wrong and had not spoken to them like that, Melissa then said i will pick your F**king Kids up and throw them out as i was trying to get our stuff together As we were leaving we asked for a refund they said no way and then Melissa told our kids " Your parents are horrible people and said so much more horrible stuff to them she also told My wife that She was a Mole and She was going to smash her face in, Chris was trying to calm Her down I will give Him that much Melissa kept going saying She was going to smash up our cars and while My wife was on the phone to the police She said the Police won't do anything as Her brother inlaw is a cop we have rang booking.com.au to get our money back Melissa and Chris rang them and said it was all us we never once called them any names or threatened them in anyway My children and wife where so shaken and upset this is an experience We will never forget , We travel allot and have never experienced anything like it
