We stayed at this beautiful hotel in March 2019. We were welcomed by a modern spacious structure with manicured gardens. The staff were very professional, friendly and eager to please. We were given a complimentary upgrade without asking for it. Our room was spacious, clean,

The Mercure Albury is a great place to stay in Albury! This is an older style hotel that has been refurbished. The result is a comfy fusion which has a great atmosphere. Here’s an overview of my stay: * Check in was very efficient * Room was VERY clean and comfortable with a

Reception ladies were welcoming, kind and pleasant to deal with. The room was clean and tidy, all you hope for when you stop over. The hotel in general is fairly old with a fresh coat of paint. Rooms are not that big and the selection of drinks in the bar fridge are limited. For

Many would consider this an old style Mercure. However, the rooms may be a bit dated, but importantly the bed is excellent and the shower, in a large spa bath, adequate. The breakfast is very good and is waitress served. The surrounds are great - a good sized country town

Thank you for staying with us at Mercure Albury Ian. Sounds like you where upgraded to room 302 which is an un-refurbished Spa room. The hotel has 2 levels that are quite modern and 2 Levels that are definitely old school. All the rooms do have new beds. I'm so glad you found the bed comfy - it's always a tough decision when putting in new beds. As an incentive to those booking direct we will usually upgrade people to superior delux or more modern rooms & sometimes spa rooms if we are quite full. There are only 4 of these in the property. We won't usually upgrade people who book the cheapest available room on websites like bookin.com or expedia, as OLTA's (on line travel agents) already cost us a very heavy commission. The Hotel is not owned or Built by Accor. it is a small country town hotel and we've taken them on board as our franchise partner - so you won't find many slick city amenities and services or huge numbers of staff on hand. What you will find is a nice, convenient well located little property, with staff who do their best on a daily basis to provide the best quality care and service they can. I think the actual high level of 'care factor' usually shines through. We really hope we can welcome you again in the future should you need a room in Albury. Don't hesitate to book direct where you will get best rate and take advantage of any special offers we have available at the time. Kind Regards, Tracy Hotel GM

Hi Mark, Thank you for appreciating the housekeeping - the team works really hard. We've moved the water to the fridge as we've had very hot temperatures here in Albury 40'c+ Only Accor Le Club Gold & Platinum members and Accor Plus members are supplied complimentary water. We appreciate your taking time out to share a positive experience. Don't hesitate to contact us if we can be of any assistance. Kind Regards Mercure Albury Team.
